9. Balancing The Elements To Retain One’s Health In Ascension

This chapter summarizes the information come to be known and understood by ascending initiates, along with Mother Earth and all sentient species who are ascending at this time in history who have chosen to focus upon the issues of disease, aging and illness in the calendar year of 2020. Out of this focus, an understanding has been gained of the energetic, karmic and biological patterning associated with disease and decay, and what to do to support the form so that it does not ascend into disease, or can ascend out of disease if need be. In prior chapters, the karmic and energetic attributes of disease have already been discussed, along with the thoughtform associated.

In a physical sense, humans have declined into a biology that is far from regenerative or self-sustaining. Any form at 2 strands will have portions of the cellular structure well fed and detoxified upon a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis. Such portions of their form retain their health until the death of the overall organism. Those portions of the form that are most compromised and become diseased over time are generally not well fed or detoxified, often sitting in the waste matters of their own making, much like children sitting in dirty diapers and without a mother to come along and wash them up. Over time, the waste causes a shift in the cell’s perimeter or skin in which the mucous collected is so great that it cannot breathe. Nothing goes in and nothing goes out of the cell; your current medical establishments call this cancer.

Some cells can be born with such attributes, and this is where early childhood cancer comes from; children born with cells that already have membranes that fail to allow the cells to breathe and are coated in mucous. Such a dance is generally genetic karma from one or more prior ancestors’ lives and the child is born completing upon the karma often ending in an early death. Sometime the completion of the associated karma allows for a recovery after which the child may then live the rest of their life more or less disease free.

New Karma Revealed Surrounding Disease

What kind of karma causes disease? Primarily karma that causes inward bound violence towards the etheric body, and as the etheric body deteriorates, there is not enough chi provided to the cells in the related part of the form, which will over time become diseased if not rectified. There has been a load of energetically abusive patterns uncovered through ascension that occurs in the unconscious that most of humanity is unaware of. Freud and Jung began to unveil the unconscious last century, and many of the patterns associated are indeed so. The psychological movement has continued to perceive more greatly into the unconscious into present time, however many are not really willing to see how dark and destructive human nature really is.

This is so because humans have an innate fear of darkness or “doing something wrong”. There is nothing right or wrong, there only is the dance. The only one who judges is oneself; therefore, we encourage initiates to take the blindfolds off and see down to the truth of the matter. It is only as the truths are perceived for what they are that one can choose to alter the dance and step out of the unconscious patterning that is harmful and causes disease, and then ascend into a new dance of regeneration and joy. 6. Blessings For A Healthy Body That Can Ascend

From the Fruit, Nut and Vegetable Bearing Plants Kingdom

It is the Fruit, Nut and Vegetable Bearing Plants that desire to communicate with you today. We are writing primarily to speak to the difficulties of meeting the dietary requirements to support ascension. Foods today are often highly processed. In the preparation of foods weeks, months or even years before they are eaten in the canning, drying and freezing processes that prevail in your current food industries, humans are receiving less and less nutrition through every meal consumed. The end result is a lot of “empty” calories that lead to over eating which then leads to weight problems in your current civilization.

Processed Foods and Empty Calories

There are empty calories in most human meals today because they are depleted of enzymes and nutrients necessary to sustain life. The lack of nutrients in the meals consumed cause the body’s hunger mechanisms to be triggered in shorter time periods than if the meal was filled with the substances that the body requires to sustain its own biochemistry. The end result is eating far more than is really necessary to sustain the body’s activity level which leads to weight gain amongst many humans.

Many restaurants rely upon pre-frozen, pre-cooked, irradiated and canned foods. Pre-frozen, pre-cooked, irradiated vegetables and canned foods are also readily available in the grocery stores of most countries. Little may be prepared fresh outside of salads in any given meal, and even the fruit and vegetables therein may have fewer enzymes due to irradiation. The end result is food source that is low on the necessary enzymes to break itself down in the digestive process and low on nutrients to sustain life.

Vitamins in particular become easily oxidized if food has been frozen, dried or canned. Asur’Ana has discovered that frozen berries have half the vitamin C of fresh berries. Although frozen foods do not decay liked canned foods do, the freezing process destroys enzymes and vitamins. Canned foods tend to hold vitamins better than freezing but decays over time and lose their life force and molecular structure. Decayed foods have less life force available as a result. Life force equates not to calories but chi absorbed through the energy systems of the field. The less life force available in the food, the slower the field rotates leading to tiredness and once again triggering the requirement to eat perhaps more than required otherwise.

GMO Foods, Pesticides and Herbicides

There is the issue of genetically modified foods, which often have lower nutritional value even if it is fresh. The reason being that the chemists designs the DNA of GMO foods to grow larger than normal for a greater yield; this leads to half the nutritional value. There is only so much nutrition or minerals that can be pressed through the roots and stems of a plant, and if the vegetables or fruits grow equally as fast to twice the size in the same time period, then there is half the vitamin and mineral content available through the yield. The larger GMO strawberries from California had only half the vitamin C of the non-GMO strawberries in Europe. This requires one to eat twice the food to receive the same nutritional value; again, leading to weight gain or under-nutrition. 7. Intentions To Support One’s Ascension And Earth’s Global Ascent

The Tao has been assessing the human condition and human ascension since the descent into physicality and into Earth was fulfilled upon many months ago now. The Tao has extended to fulfill upon a resurrection and ascension of Mother Earth and all sentient species therein. Fulfilling upon this resurrection and ascension is not impossible; changes are being brought forth to make it an easier journey for all. Some of such changes we wish to delve into today so that ascending map makers will understand what is occurring global wide, and in so doing can choose to support Earth in these changes, and in particular, in the density of human thoughtform where each resides.

Cleansing of Personality and Non-Essential Souls

At this time, there is a massive cleansing underway of the nonphysical realms. Earth has chosen to remove all souls and fractured pieces of soul, entities, beings and machines non-essential to the ascension of Earth, humanity, or the plant, animal, mineral, dolphin and whale kingdoms. Such forces have plagued Earth with ongoing interference that if left unattended to would simply cause Earth’s ascension to fail. At this time, and as the removal of such non-essential entities and souls is fulfilled upon, one may wish to act as a conduit for this cleansing into the denser regions of the human species, such as the major cities global wide.

Perhaps some of you will be guided to take a trip to New York or other large cities for a day or two and assist in augmenting a portion of this cleansing. Simply attune to Earth and listen to what she wishes you to do, and where to go, and so it will be. As non-essential beings are removed from Earth’s dreamtime planes, a more effortless orchestration of the ascent of the whole may be implemented. This shift shall greatly benefit Earth and humankind alike as many of such entities sit in a density of the old consensus thoughtform, which is black, brown, gray, mucous yellow and green in color if viewed clairvoyantly. As such beings are lifted out of the human dance, the remaining astral planes already cleared from those regions outside of the larger cities and suburbs can be cleansed as well.

Earth is lifting above the seven planes of the Kumaras, which govern the thoughtform of judgment, greed, pain, suffering, fear, death, and lust. Such planes were associated with the lower astral planes in which souls trapped therein are in a living “hell”. Furthermore, those who have nightmares or are addicted to drugs, or are suffering in a long-term illness, or involved with sexual prostitution, often tune into and live in such planes of reality in the physical. As such planes lift, there is an opportunity for the humans caught into such planes to ascend into a new dance, and one of greater joy, freedom, power and unity.

More Ascending Children Planned

Asur’Ana along with many ascending initiates have intended a new day to emerge, and one of greater gentleness for all of your human brothers and sisters. The Tao is augmenting the shifts necessary to bring forth a gentler time of cleansing ahead in which many of the foreseen problems can be circumvented. Much of such shifts shall come through the ascending children. Earth now plans to augment the birth of more ascending children beginning this year and in the coming ten-year cycle. 6. The Return Of The Gold And Silver Planes To Earth

The gold and silver mirror planes have been re-anchored upon Earth. What does this mean? Once and long ago, gold and silver held the elements of air, water, fire and earth in a cohesive manner founded upon non-conditional love for the purposes of creating form in the third dimension and upon Earth. Over time, the gold and silver planes were removed leaving only shadow planes in exchange. The gold and silver planes have been recently restored around Earth’s global field due to Earth’s global ascension. The return of gold and silver to Earth is equivalent to the return of the love of the Tao to the heartbeat of Mother Earth.

The karma for the loss of these planes is extensive and has been released in recent months augmenting the return of these beautiful vibrational bandwidths to Earth. Long ago, humans were seeded upon Earth. Such humans shared in the golden and silver planes through the ongoing exchange of such energies between the etheric body, chakra system and subtle bodies of the field and form. Alas, forces of the dark incarnate upon Sirius stripped the gold and silver planes from Earth, moving them to Sirius A and B through the very humans that they seeded. This left only shadow planes for both humans and all species upon Earth to dance within. Each initiate may wish to take the time now to release the karma for human participation in the loss of love and the gold and silver planes upon Earth.

What does dancing in the shadow equate to? Without the gold and silver vibrations, vision becomes impaired, as there is less light available to perceive into the truth of the matter. It is in the loss of vision that one loses one’s way, makes the wrong decisions that lead to falls in consciousness rather than ascension, or is conned by forces of the dark into doing one thing, anticipating a particular result only to discover only too late that the opposite would occur and one made the wrong choice. It is the dance of the shadow planes that augmented the many falls in consciousness of the Earth over the past 200,000 years of human involvement.

Splitting of Light and Dark

Why would Sirius do such a thing as removing the golden and silver planes from Earth? Sirius took the gold and silver tones of creation from Earth to fuel their own ascent to the next dimension. Up until Earth’s ascent, which is really more of a resurrection at this time of that which has decayed into healthy enough living cells to begin the ascent to the next dimension, the only form of ascension available to your creation has resulted in a split in light and dark.

Splitting light and dark equates to all of the gold and silver vibrations along with grid work, chi, moving energy systems and information going to the star or planet destined to ascend, and all of the shadow and darkness along with karma from such a planet or star deferred to the planet or star destined not to ascend. This is ultimately the plight of Earth; Earth gave up her golden and silver planes to Sirius and absorbed Sirian darkness to augment Sirian ascension, and is one of 8 planets that did so in your creation. Introduction: Healing through Transfigurative Dreaming

Prose are incantations that cast a spell over the dream through poetic formations of repose of thought. Incantation spells transfigure the dream to respond to the thoughts causing a shift in the paradigm of notion of each moment. Moment to moment shifts in dreams repose down the dimensions catching over the transfigurative action of the field.

Incantations are to be recited only once per day. Twenty incantations will be shared after this introduction. Please pick only those that most deeply resonate within to intend. You can read the incantations without intention and then re-read the incantation with intention to cast the transfigurative spell for healing the dream of self for each given day of transformative action. Intending a particular incantation twice cancels the transfigurative action over the dream. Intending the incantation the third time reinstates the transfiguration.

It is best to intend only one to two of the following prose as transfiguration over any given day of transformation within. Transfigurative action can confuse the dreams if too many are intended all at once. The purpose of the prose is spiritual and is designed to cause healing of the self of the self within. The self of the self within is an energetic formation of field that reposes the consciousness and awareness of the experience of life. It is the self of the self within that manages all life dreams.

Consciousness expands through self-realization. Humans upon the spiritual path realize self in many variations of experiences of life. The prose ignites the divine flame of synergy within the heart accolade of self to aid in the realization over particular realizations of self for the purposes of forgiveness of karmic debt and difficult or traumatic life happenstance.

Transfigurative action is a formation of dream weaving that is much like an artist with a paint brush. The prose causes the foundation and colors of the dream to alter into beautiful formations that attract delightful moments in time to be experienced and expressed. Read more

Fresh fruit juices are loaded with enzymes that assist in cleansing the blood, dissolving the old cellular structure so that the crystalline form may develop, and cleansing the ducts of the kidneys and liver to enhance detoxification in ascension. We advise that those who are ascending invest in a juicer so that one may have fresh juice daily.

Asur’Ana abstains from all forms of alcohol. However, for those who consume alcohol, you can enjoy fine wine with all dinners. Red wine is an excellent source of blood sugar for the crystalline form and aids in digestion. Beer and ale are loaded with B vitamins. Tequila is useful along with gin in small amounts as it dissolves the plaque that has formed along the arteries and veins.

Bless all alcohol that you will consume, and there will be no sense of becoming drunk. However, one must release all karma with alcohol and the entities that cause a drunk state in order for this to be so. Intend to add the vibrations that one requires to ascend into one’s drinks, and the alcohol will hold a wider range of frequencies than other liquids.

Coffees and teas are also excellent blood cleansers and another way to adding small amounts of needed nutrients to support ascension. Bless the tea and coffee and one will find that it too supports one’s ascension.

3. Changes In Ascension And Transcending Group Arrogance

We write to you today about new solar and universal rulings on human ascension and the changes that this incurs for all map makers global wide. Such changes are now making possible an ascent to more genetic material than previously considered possible by the counsels in governance over human ascension. This change shifts the emotional focus underlying the process of ascension for those embarking upon this next phase of work.

Primarily the emotional issues behind ascension have been the main focus for many initiates. Why? Emotions must be processed in order for the biological changes to come down into physicality. If one does not release the painful and traumatic events in a particular part of the form, the new glands or organs will not grow in a particular part of the form, nor will the cells become crystalline. Therefore, it is the responsibility of all ascending humans to focus upon their process and assure that all emotions and patterning is released first in the etheric. Then as the etheric blueprint is modified, the genetic changes will step down into the form.

Problems with Schisms

Sometimes initiates wish to skip over portions of their ascent, particularly if there is a deep trauma recorded in a particular part of the form and within one’s ancestral memories. If one continues to schism over such portions of ascension, disease will form instead. One initiate was going blind due to cataracts. This initiate was given an opportunity to focus through the materials upon the underlying cause of why they had schismed repeatedly over the changes necessary in the brain and eye region. They failed over time and in their studies to focus upon such patterning.

Why? They had such deep arrogance around perceiving themselves as seeing and knowing it all that they were not open to the learning offered, and in so doing, did not avail themselves of the opportunity to ascend out of the impending blindness in their studies. Arrogance is a deep issue for all humans. All humans are arrogant to a great degree, and generally around a particular thoughtform. Most humans have two main arrogances. Asur’Ana has learned over time to make her own mayonnaise and yogurt along with salad dressings. Fresh homemade mayonnaise is not only delicious but is also a good base for dressings and coleslaw. She has learned to use olive oil for the dressings and mayonnaise as olives appear to be ascending as a species. This is not so for “canola” which is a genetic modification of corn oil. Sunflower and safflower oils are other good options. On occasions, she also treats herself to almond, walnut or macadamia nut oils which are even more delicious upon fresh salads or upon pasta.

Milk and milk products can often be loaded with substances that add toxins to an already toxic system one is trying to ascend out of. We therefore advise the use of organic milk and milk products whenever possible. Skim milk is very hard to digest as some of the enzymes necessary to digest milk are in the cream; remove the cream and you will have milk that cannot assist in its own breakdown. It is for this reason that we suggest drinking whole milk or half and half instead of skim milk.

Raw milk is the easiest to digest as it has all enzymes available to break itself down, however raw milk can be difficult to obtain in many regions. Not all the enzymes from the fat are destroyed in the pasteurization process which may be why whole milk, half and half or cream is easier to digest even when it is not raw.

1. Diet For Ascension

Earth would like to address the issue of diet in ascension. Ascending into the crystalline structure may create a very different type of diet to support such a biology. The crystalline form is founded upon the fat known as cholesterol which surrounds each cell, and holds a higher frequency. Fat modulates frequencies far better than proteins or minerals; this is because fat was designed to move energy through and around it that this is so. (Please see Ascension Insights, Volume 4 Chapter 4 “Ascending into A Regenerative Biological System” for more information on crystalline biology.)

The Death Hormone

A diet for ascension therefore will not be associated with other diets that are popular at this time in history and may seemingly extend the lives of those who are non-ascending. Non-ascending humans require more protein in the diet to retain their consciousness; this works for a time and then the death hormone in the meat, poultry and fish that they consume destroys the intestinal tract and stomach contributing to the experience of aging, along with a decreasing ability to absorb nutrients.

The death hormone prevails in any creature that is slaughtered and remains in the flesh; the death hormone cannot be cooked out and so is consumed as one eats meat or flesh of any kind, including wild game. It is the death hormone that contributes to aging in the current human paradigm. Vegetables, nuts, grains, and fruits in comparison do not produce any death hormone even as they are cooked.

The current high fat and protein diets that are popular may well give one a leaner body; however, it will also age and kill the form more rapidly. The reason that one ends up with a leaner body with such diets is that one is actually destroying the intestinal tract with excessive death hormone through the consumption of much flesh. The more that the intestinal tract fails to work, the less nutrients that one absorbs, and the leaner one will become as one is starving the form due to the lack of an ability to digest one’s food. It is interesting to note that it is so popular to be thin that humans are willing to destroy the digestive system to accomplish the goal.

As one ascends, the body becomes increasingly good at absorbing nutrients in the intestinal tract. The stomach and small intestines also become increasingly good at producing new enzymes to digest the food more greatly than in one’s pre-ascension state of being. As such, one would actually ingest more death hormone if one continues to eat flesh each day as an ascending being, and this would then kill off the ascending digestive system. This can over time debilitate one’s ascension; so, one will wish to eat meat sparingly at most, if the goal is to ascend in this lifetime. Read more
