3. Healing Techniques From The Mineral Kingdom To Support Ascension

 

The Mineral Kingdom wishes to express how we may better support those who are choosing to ascend in this lifetime. We have offered up information on how we hold the Language of Light for all ascending species to modify their genetic encoding in association with our energy movement. (Please refer to Chapter 1 “Minerals and Single Tones”  for more information.) We also brought through information on how to build a synthesis altar. (Please refer to Chapter 2 “Building A Synthesis Altar”  for more information.)

 

Rainbow and Synthesis

 

Synthesis is a manner in which ascending species are aligning the tones of creation into a rainbow from densest to least dense in frequency in energy flow. If one were to look at Earth in the etheric, one would perceive Earth stratified into many rainbows. The Aurora in the core of Earth has the purest rainbow of all of pastel colors leading into the gold and silver ray; then each layer of her crust leading to the surface also has a rainbow of its own. There are still pockets of radioactive and dense energies within the crust; many of these are the result of minerals that are non-resonant to Earth and are either going to transmute into a new molecular structure, or one day will be dissolved into molten lava as Earth melts down in the third dimension in her ascent into the fourth and fifth dimensions of existence.

 

Upon the surface of the Earth is where the densest regions of domain still exist. Most of these are in the human cities and suburbs where loads of asphalt and cement exist. Neither asphalt nor cement can ascend as it is constructed from ground up rock and other minerals that has lost all connection with their original kingdom. Over time and due to the increasing frequencies of Earth, cement and asphalt will begin to break up increasingly rapidly until the cities simply become too unsafe to live within and humans withdraw moving out into the countryside instead. It appears that the years 2043 to 2053 will birth the end of most cities as you know them founded upon the dream we see stepping into physicality at this time.

 

Only those in physical form that have connection with their species are ascending at this time. Anything that has no connection will perish in the coming times of cleansing, including many plants and animals or aquatic species that have genealogy to other creations that came from another Great Central Sun.

 

As for our kingdom, out of 133,000 species of mineral only 110,000 can ascend home with Earth; 23,000 shall cease to exist over time as they are non-resonant in nature and hold frequencies that cannot support ascension into the Great Central Sun. Some of these species commonly found in mineral shops are fluorite, opals, lapis, malachite and jade. Each of these species originated in another creation and has geometry that is non-supportive of this Great Central Sun associated. Therefore, we do not recommend such minerals upon one’s altar as they will not support the act of synthesis of the Language of Light. 4. Creating A Complete Ascension

 

Earth is playing a more active role in human ascension at this time in history than ever before. She has discovered that humanity provides beautiful examples of her own problematic energetic relations with Sirius A and B along with many other creations upon other dimensions within your Cosmos. It has been the human map makers that have given voice to the patterning of manipulation that so pervade the lost souls within your creation; and enough has been revealed that Earth’s continued ascent is more assured than ever before.

 

Matching the Thoughtform and Vibration of the Great Central Sun

 

At this time, Earth is moving towards embodying the gold and silver tones of the Great Central Sun. Gold and silver are created as all single, dual, tri and quad tones of the Language of Light are united and spun into a single silver and golden vibration. Silver and gold are also the tones of the photon energy and pervade the aura of the Great Central Sun, and is prevalent in increasing amounts in each Star Gate that Earth enters. Earth must match the gold and silver tones in order to pass through a significant belt of energy known as the Photon Belt that surrounds the skin of the Great Central Sun. The Photon Belt is a “mirror” that will reject anything that does not resonate with the thoughtform of the Great Central Sun. Many planets and stars have combusted in attempting to enter without adequate preparation.

 

For a long time, Earth could not perceive her pathway to entry into the Great Central Sun. As of late and due to human evolution, a clearer pathway is now perceived. This pathway involves matching the thoughtform and vibration of the Great Central Sun enough in all kingdoms upon Earth, gradually over the coming 16 years, and to enough of a degree that we shall not combust, but pass through to a new golden age ahead. Each species upon Earth must also do their part to match these tones of creation in order to assure the successful entry of Earth along with one’s own self and relations.

 

Humans have the capacity of understanding verbal thoughtform. Earth has existed in a non-verbal state of being since exiting the Great Central Sun as a 12th dimensional vessel about 96 million years ago. Non-verbal thoughtform can be equated to music without words, or symphonies without thoughts. Earth had music that was beautiful as she exited the Great Central Sun; alas, the music over time went sour causing fall after fall until now at entry point Earth returns as a 3rd dimensional vessel, and only 1/8th of her original size and magnificence. A humbling experience needless to say.

 

Humans contribute verbal thoughtform to the consensus known as Earth. Verbal thoughtform adds words and definitions to the symphony of sound along with understanding and consciousness. It is due to human ascensions that verbal understanding of Earth’s history has come to be accounted for. It is this verbal history that is required in order for the governance in the Great Central Sun to understand Earth’s journey, and also assist with Earth’s desire to return “home” and into the golden light again. 6. Soups, Salads And Starters

 

Soups warm the spirit upon a cold winter’s night. Even in Hawaii, there are those stormy days that a good soup tastes so nice. Salads and raw foods are also important to ascension as they provide the necessary enzymes to transmute to the crystalline form as well as digest one’s food; and provide bulk to cleanse the intestine. A salad a day will make ascension easier in Earth’s opinion. Roasted or cooked vegetables are a good source of vitamins that only emerge as the food is heated.

 

We do not advise a “raw food” only diet for ascension. Raw foods are often hard to digest if it is the only food source offered to the body, and then one does not receive enough of the needed nutrients to foster ascension. Cooked foods are gentler upon the digestive system. Many uncooked vegetables are difficult to break down, even with ascending digestive enzymes. Therefore, eating a well-balanced diet of about 1/3 to 1/2 raw and 1/2 to 2/3 cooked foods is what Earth recommends for ascending initiates.

 

The body will also tell you when it is unhappy with what you are eating. Too much flatulence may be a sign of too much raw food; or the result of too many beans or tofu. As you eat quinoa, polenta, rice, potato or pasta with such symptoms, it will soothe the digestive tract enough to recover. Too many enzymes from raw food may begin to digest the stomach or small intestines; this is why one may suffer from distress following a meal or many meals of raw foods. The quinoa, polenta, rice, potato or pasta in turn will sweep through absorbing the excessive enzymes, allowing one to come to balance and recover. We hope that this information is of use unto each reading of our materials.

1. How To Work With Herbs And Essential Oils In Ascension

 

The Herb Kingdom has been kind enough to define how 48 herbs relatively well known to the human species are associated with the Language of Light tones of creation ascending initiates are embodying at this time in history. Each of these 48 herbs provides biological keys to ascending particular parts of the form or particular systems, glands and organs. Such herbs are not the only substances that may support ascension, however these kingdoms have agreed as soul and form to support ascension of all species upon Earth. (Please see Ascension Insights, Volume 3 Chapter 6 “Language of Light and Herbs” for more information.) Each may wish to review this information muscle testing or using the pendulum to discern those herbs most useful to your current and future ascent.

 

Herbs Hold Keys to Internal Knowledge

 

The herbal kingdom associated with human ascension did not originate upon Earth. Each of the 48 herbs associated with the Language of Light came with Sirian Grand Masters as they were seeded upon Earth about 50,000 Earth years ago (200,000 human years), as did many flowering plants and spices humanity is currently drawn to. The form that we take today is not necessarily the same form that accompanied the Grand Masters upon their spacecraft. We much like humankind have lost information and consciousness along with declined in genetic material. In our own ascension, we are beginning to recover our original purpose and truth, which is to support the ascent of the whole by providing the essential keys to allow the biology to ascend.

 

(NOTE: When we speak of Earth years, we speak of years as they are recorded by Mother Earth. Earth records time by solar revolutions or how long it takes your solar system to rotate around her twelfth-dimensional Sun. It takes approximately four revolutions of Earth around her Sun for your solar system to make one revolution around your twelfth-dimensional Sun. So, for reference, 50,000 Earth years is approximately 200,000 human years.)

 

Ascension has always been a biological and spiritual phenomenon. Biology is a creation of soul; as soul learns all that there is to learn from the experience of form, it retracts the form back to the realm of spirit with the form ascending “home”. Ascending form requires an increasing amount of chi to become prevalent internal to the field so that one can become “enlightened”. Our kingdoms once assisted the most elite of spiritual masters upon Sirius in this goal. However, as those who read the Ascension Insights series in depth might well understand that Sirian ascension was far from complete. As a result, we are now learning what our ancestors upon Sirius and in herbal form did not understand at the time of their own global ascension.

 

Consciousness carries forward past death and is multi-dimensional and multi-creational in nature. There is nothing within your creation that also does not exist upon another dimension of consciousness elsewhere in time, space and form. The herbal kingdom is beginning to interconnect again with other members of our species upon other dimensions of consciousness, and in so doing, we are retrieving the knowledge we had lost over time. It was a loss of knowledge and consciousness that lead our species to support an incomplete ascension, not only upon Sirius, but many other dimensions in parallel manner. 13. Blessings Of Fulfillment And Element Meditation

 

The Tao is a force that encompasses all that exists both inside and outside of time, space and form. This creation has become lost and failed to return in the contraction cycles of the Tao. As a result of this, the Tao has projected itself in to recover a lost part of itself.

 

The Heart of the Tao

 

The Heart of the Tao first made itself known to Asur’Ana several years ago. This was a special place within her inner sanctuary that she could venture to commune for guidance and support, and tones of creation to aid her self-healing and ascension ahead. Little did she understand at the time that the Heart of the Tao would one day extend itself upon Terra (Earth) and into the Aurora of Earth. This has come to be so now and the Heart of the Tao is an available force offering love to help in self-healing for each that attunes unto this special energy flow. We hope more shall attune to the Heart of the Tao and receive the blessings possible for an ascension journey “home”.

 

Solstice Blessings

 

Solstice is a special time of year for Earth. There is a completion cycle underway at this time that makes this particular end of year time extra special, for Earth is concluding with the first turning of creation. This turning is allowing for the completion of 96 million years of karma between Earth and the souls that have ensouled her. As such, Earth is moving into greater freedom; freedom to ascend, freedom to conclude with the past, and freedom to birth a new future founded upon unity.

 

This blessing and meditation are for those ascending in human form that have contributed of one’s time and energy and efforts to support Earth’s global ascension in whatever way that one could. If it were not for those humans, however small in numbers, who are ascending at this time in history, the past 200,000 years of human karma would not be understood, and therefore this particular time of completion would also not be possible. Earth therefore thanks each who intends to ascend and fulfills upon this goal from the depths of her heart.

 

What does this time of completion mean, really? It means closure, and closure to some difficult times in Earth’s history, only a small part of which included the human species. Closure offers a time to reflect; a time to give thanks for the lessons learned; a time to honor those who have danced with us in times past; and a time to honor the new friends and soul family that is emerging as a result of one’s choice to ascend. 5. Breads And Pastas

 

One initiate whom we shall call Jeremy was a baker for many years in his twenties. Jeremy loved working with the dough. Last year, now in his early fifties, he purchased a bread machine. Jeremy rapidly discovered how nice it was to have a device that could mix small batches of dough for bread or pasta. This took away the labor-intensive process of making fresh bread or pasta by hand, which has allowed his family to enjoy homemade bread and pasta several times per week.

 

Jeremy only uses the bread machine to mix and allow the dough to rise. After it has risen adequately enough, he kneads the dough one last time by hand and then shapes it into a loaf and several buns, and then bakes it off in a traditional oven. Pasta is kneaded in the machine and then rolled out and cut into strips to be cooked in boiling water for a few minutes before serving.

 

Homemade bread and pasta are so delicious in taste that there is nothing store bought that can compare. Perhaps this is why bread machines have become so popular. We hope that each reading these materials will treat oneself such a device and enjoy making bread and pasta from scratch. There are many other recipes that come with the bread machines that can also be experimented with.

 

Breads

 

Breads are a good source of carbohydrates and create a complete protein for vegetarians when combined with cheese, cream cheese, or peanut and other nut butters. Butter is an excellent source of fat for the crystalline nervous system; therefore, many vegetarian initiates enjoy their bread warm from the oven with butter.

2. Building A Synthesis Altar

 

Our last chapter begins with the transcription of each mineral that is holding the 48 single tones of the Language of Light, and how such minerals may assist ascending humans in releasing one’s non-unity-based thoughtform. Understand that there will be no dual tones, tri tones or quad tones held by a single mineral for upwards of 50 years. It will take some real biochemical alterations on the behalf of the mineral realms for a single mineral to hold multiple tones; however, this is coming and in particular as Earth climbs more greatly towards a fourth dimensional frequency in the coming 100-year cycle.

 

Synthesis Altar

 

The mineral kingdoms would like to speak a little about creating synthesis altars for those of you who are ascending. A synthesis altar has been created by Asur’Ana over the past several years of her ascent and teaching endeavors. Her altar is by and large only a few minerals and small enough to travel in one small bag around the world. Her altar anchors a rainbow of tones generated by the mineral kingdom that now reaches over 1,000 miles in radius, supporting the anchoring of space necessary for healing and karmic release.

 

A part of the reason that Asur’Ana’s particular altar moves so much chi is that the minerals have ascended along with her in her own evolutionary journey. Many of her pieces hold genetic materials of 30,000 segments or higher. Yet others are still bridging to full consciousness. Ascending minerals are more potent than others that have not ascended so far at moving chi. [One strand of DNA contains 3,000 segments of information. 12 DNA-(full tube) strands contain 36,000 segments.]

 

As an ascending being, one can also bring minerals into one’s presence, and augment one’s ascent. This is done as a conscious agreement between the mineral kingdoms and one’s own soul, oversoul and source. As the agreements occur, most minerals will parallel one’s own level of evolution. Minerals will not push beyond oneself in evolution, as one is actually holding space for a more rapid pace of ascent that would not occur if no agreements were present with our kingdom, and in the density of human thoughtform.

 

Most minerals nearing the core of Earth are verging upon 25,000 segments of DNA of their own volition. The core is hotter and higher in vibration, and therefore there is ample chi to ascend so rapidly. For minerals near the surface of the Earth, the ascent is moving much more slowly. Furthermore, those humans who own mines often obstruct any ascension at all of the minerals they obtain due to the electrical ownership signatures that are implanted within them through the unconscious ownership patterns of the human species. Understand that as a human that collects minerals, you too may have stamped your ownership upon your pieces, again which will not allow for their ascent. 11. Vegetarian Diet Recommendations For Ascending Humans

 

Perhaps some ascending humans are struggling with what to eat in order not to consume flesh and create a balanced protein intake from vegetarian sources. Asur’Ana is a vegan, however, Earth understands that not many ascending humans are ready for a vegan diet yet at their stage of evolution. Therefore, it is to those who would like to be vegetarian in the choice to ascend that we dedicate these recommendations.

 

To the degree one can create whole proteins through vegetarian sources, to such a degree one does not require eating flesh, even in small amounts. This prevents the excess presence of death hormone prevalent in flesh and therefore serves the choice to ascend.

 

Food combining is an ancient practice in which legumes (beans and nuts), dairy (milk, cheese and eggs) and carbohydrates (pasta, bread, polenta, tortillas) are combined to create whole proteins. It is Earth’s desire here just to offer up general ideas of meals that allow for complete proteins from vegetarian sources. Earth also guides each to seek out good vegetarian cookbooks of many varieties so that one may have better ideas of how to prepare such meals of one’s own volition. Earth guides each to simply go to a bookstore and explore, bringing home that which inspires oneself to prepare a feast for oneself or others that one loves that is vegetarian in nature. There are also many vegetarian websites and on-line cookbooks offering information from the web at no charge.

 

There are many ethnic cuisines that work well for vegetarians. When dining out, Asur’Ana can find something upon any menu that allows for a good meal that works for her dietary preferences. Sometimes she simply asks the chef to prepare “something special” and this creates an even better lunch or dinner than would have been possible otherwise. Most of the time, Asur’Ana tries to go to ethnic restaurants that she knows are good for those with vegetarian preferences.

 

Ancestral Karma and Cuisine

 

Often the dislike or lack of preference for a particular cuisine comes from difficult karma in one’s ancestry. Clear the karma and one will embrace any style of cooking from anywhere in the world and enjoy it. Understand that cuisine from other parts of the world allows one to connect into the tapestry of ancestry associated. Read more

10. Changes In The Ascending Energy Field In The Ascent To Bodhisattva

 

Mother Earth finds many humans in great confusion over their level of evolution. A part of this reason is simply the many veils of illusion that plague the human energy field in particular below 3,000 DNA segments. Perhaps some initiates have these thoughts, “I have attained Bodhisattva level evolution”, or worse yet “I have attained Full Consciousness!”. The reality is that only a handful of 36 humans global wide have attained full consciousness or beyond at this time, and most are indigenous and lead very reclusive lives.

 

Furthermore, there are about 1,000 global wide who are white with ancient red ancestries that have attained Bodhisattva level evolution at this time. Most of the 19,000 or so in the new consensus who have attained this level of evolution are indigenous in their present life circumstance, and over half are children under the age of five. Why then is there all of the confusion for so many? This has to do with the many forces of the dark that pervade the energy flow in particular of those below 3,000 segments that wish to trip one up. For if one believes that one has attained this or that or “arrived”, one will simply cease ascending, and this will allow such dark souls that is misguiding oneself to have a “home” for a time in one’s field and form.

 

Therefore, we guide initiates who are hearing from guidance that they have attained Bodhisattva or Full Consciousness, to kick such entities and souls out of one’s field and anchor new souls from Earth and from the nature kingdoms that better serve one’s ascent. For such souls will not work in one’s best interest in relation to the release of karma or the construction of an ascending field, for they simply have another agenda, which is to control and own oneself.

 

Discernment in Guidance

 

A part of the path to Bodhisattva requires discernment in one’s guidance. If one’s guidance is lying to oneself, then one will require learning to command one’s boundaries and kick such guidance out of the field. If one is overrun with personality entities, one must learn to move such entities out and listen only to soul. Then one must discern which souls to listen to, and only listen to those who are going to guide one to ascend. There are tests in the initiations surrounding discernment, as it is often through faulty discernment that initiates with large fields have been misused creating global harm. As a result, the tests are stiff as anything less could prevent Earth’s global ascent.

 

We wish to take the time to expose the nature of an ascending field so that those who are clairvoyant or healers may better understand the nature of the changes in the ascent to Bodhisattva. In better understanding, one will know what they are looking at both within oneself, and within others that one may be working with as a healer. In better understanding, one will be able to gauge one’s progress with greater ease. Read more

4. Appetizers

 

Appetizers are usually reserved for formal meals and when guests come over. They are usually served in small portions at the beginning of a meal to stimulate the appetite. Occasionally, some initiates would gather together with their friends for a home cooked feast. This is a nice way to take the time to celebrate their own ascension at the end of any given busy year. Appetizers are lovely to serve to visit over before dinner is served.

 

Eggs

 

Eggs are a good source of cholesterol and protein for an ascending diet. However, if one is a vegan, coconut milk and coconut and palm oils can also provide good cholesterol sources.

12 Hard Boiled Eggs

1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard

1 cup Homemade (Vegan) Mayonnaise (or organic Mayonnaise)

1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice

Salt to taste

Paprika, for garnish

 

Peel and slice each egg lengthwise in half. Scoop out the yolks. Place the yolks along with all ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until a nice paste is created. Gently refill each egg white half with the yolk mixture. If one is adventurous, one may use a frosting bag and tip to allow the filling to hold a beautiful shape. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
