Per: Hello everyone. We are staying at Hotel Føroyar. It’s a fabulous hotel that is about 15 minutes to the city center and yet there’s a wonderful feeling of wilderness. Asur’Ana: We’re here to work on our homecoming. This is a very sacred project of the seed system for you because the genetics produce an internal seed in the heart space of you, and as you enter it, you begin to go home or learn to live from the inside out rather than the outside in.

What we want to talk to you about is that the oligarchy society lives outside in and blended with one another. Many of you also blend to a certain degree with the people that you work with, or live with, or marry, or children that you raise, or parents, or grandparents, or schoolmates or friends you feel really close to. It’s because the whole society is outside in that this is really true and outside in creates confusion in you as a seed as to “who am I and what am I really here for and what do I really want to dream in this lifeline of mine?” Read more

16. Recent Lessons on the Ascension Path

 

It is the Inner Earth Whale Kingdom that speaks through Asur’Ana today. We have had a traumatic turn of events at this time and this is why our channel requested that we write a little about what has occurred and the spiritual lessons we are learning as a species in the wake of what has been created.

 

We are learning to inner dream and this has been one of the main focuses of all fully conscious species in the inner Earth for the past 2 years. Inward dreaming is a long-lost capability of any “creator”. Whales are creators of the sea as are dolphins; and humans are creators of the land. At another time, all kingdoms held enough consciousness to command their creations from within although often in nonverbal languages not unlike what we also speak. Inward dreaming is a state where one projects one’s dreams from the inside of the field rather than receiving dreams as they are dreamt by other forces and step down the manifestation planes.  Internal dreaming is a restoration of the absolute control over your dream and for Anasonya, absolute say over her dream as a consensus. Anasonya is the consciousness of Inner Earth Mother.

 

In time all kingdoms will restore full consciousness and two are on the verge of causing this in the Inner Earth; one of which is related to the Zebra Kingdom on the surface. This striped horse has uncovered the cranium of its fully conscious counterpart lost roughly 18,000 Earth years ago (72,000 human years) and in the original era of the Pharaohs of Ancient Egypt as you map time and history upon the surface of the Earth. The second kingdom to accomplish this is a form of sea otter. So now we will have one additional land-based and sea-based kingdom helping to co-direct the dreams of ascension of Earth as this is one of our roles in full consciousness. At this time, we need all the support we can get to inner dream and so this is a great gift and the first of many that shall recover full consciousness states of being ahead.

 

Those kingdoms that are fully conscious are learning to co-direct the dreams of Earth with Anasonya (the Inner Earth Mother Consciousness). Anasonya has recently asserted herself along Earth’s surface and is struggling to understand all the dynamics of loss of consciousness that plague your reality. Much of the patterns are unfamiliar to the Inner Earth and this is where the human map makers come in; they are helping Anasonya understand surface Earth history and the map carved; and the new direction that needs to be fulfilled upon in order to allow the inner and outer Earth to become one dream. Those mapping are most gifted at this task and our kingdom honors each of you; although having never fallen out of sustainable thoughtform, we too like Anasonya do not always understand the surface Earth dance and how difficult it is to ascend.

 

Recent Turn of Events

 

As of late, we have manifested a pattern that those mapping on Earth’s surface are more familiar with. Through a series of mishaps, a force entered the internal dreaming process and caused a female whale to combust into ashes in 8 short days. This occurred roughly 20 days ago now; however, the force of fission has shuttered Anasonya’s Aurora and also blown holes in time all the way to the surface of the Earth. The force that entered the dance came in on languages we are now purging and embracing only Tao thoughtform in its place. In this we are learning how important it is to purify the language that one operates within in the continued mapping as otherwise the distortion invites certain consciousness that can often be false god associated and then something horrific can occur; which is just what has transpired in recent weeks. Star Seed Alliance

 

A star seed alliance formed four hundred years ago as the first star seeds descended to incarnate. The alliance is a shared dream space to connect with one another through time. Healing is offered while deep asleep if you have been galvanized by some hellion somewhere in the life stream of you. The alliance of star seeds shares of its systems and motions that deter hellions from making you ill. The alliance is flourishing more now than before due to the homecoming of all seeds.

 

The star seed alliance may expand some due to the seed homecoming and you may receive more nurturing, guidance or gear to offset your problems transfusing in an ill society of hellions. Transfusion was not a part of the early star seed alliance as sway in light was the primary motion at your birth and through your ascension. Swaying in light is very different from transfusing in light. The star seed alliance now expands to support transfusion in addition to light sway motions.

 

Star Seed Dreaming

 

Star seed dreaming is beginning to flow. It is helpful to dream stream in star seed dreaming and not in other dreaming offered to humankind. Star seed dreaming minimizes accidents or other travesties from being drawn towards you in light wave motion as a gift of the Seed Mother Dao. You must draw the star seed dream stream towards you and wrap yourself in it each day and then it will work for you. Super Foods that Support Biological Ascension

 

It is the Plant Kingdom that addresses you today. We wish to speak about certain foods that can be considered super resources of nutrients necessary to sustain the health of ascending biology, or also aid in ascending out of disease. We also wish to explain the import of certain vitamins unto the sustenance of the crystalline form. There are many necessary nutrients that are required by crystalline biology. The nutrients are different from those mapped by health professionals today as many are manufactured within the crystalline blueprint itself. The plant kingdoms would like to give an overview of what nutrients we perceive as important to sustaining the health of an ascending crystalline body.

 

Vitamin A

 

Pumpkin and Squash with orange flesh

Tangerines and Oranges

Mangos (juice, fresh or dried)

Apricots (juice, fresh or dried)

Green Leafy Vegetables such as Kale and Swiss Chard or Salad Bitters

Himalayan Goji Berries

 

Vitamin A is necessary to cell growth along with regeneration. Vitamin A is used to trigger parts of any cell that has become damaged to repair the associated region. Vitamin A also comes in four varieties that current science may not completely understand as some varieties are related to crystalline genetics.

 

The first form of vitamin A helps to seal off parts of the biology under reconstruction or too damaged to be yet repaired. This form of vitamin A is found in carrots, mangos, pumpkin and any orange colored fruit or vegetable, including oranges or tangerines. Ascending biology requires a load of this form of vitamin A and so including orange fleshy vegetables and fruits in the daily diet is useful. We do not recommend taking vitamins as they are toxic due to how they are chemically extracted. Instead, we suggest a balanced diet with enough variety of food sources to cover all the biology’s requirements to ascend and sustain its crystalline health.

 

There is another form of vitamin A that coats the inside of the cells with a protective lining that sustains the skin of the cell as it heats up in the act of cell metabolism (digestion of sugar). As the cell breaks down sugar, heat is created that creates the body temperature necessary to sustain the health of all crystalline cells. The rising temperatures associated with crystalline biology could “cook” the inside of the cell skin and so this form of vitamin A acts as a buffer to protect the walls so that they are not over heated. This form of vitamin A is found in leafy vegetables such as salad bitters, spinach, kale, swiss chard or other greens. Having greens several times each week is therefore supportive of gathering enough of this particular vitamin through one’s food source. Read more

Blessings for Mastering a Dream of Wholeness Ahead

 

The Swan Kingdom and Penguin Kingdom

 

It is the Swan and Penguin Kingdoms that greet you today. This is another chapter exploring Language of ONE concepts so that ascending humans can learn the movements associated within your expanding energy flow. This is how language is mastered, by learning to spin your flow in the same movements. The Language of ONE is also expanding in nature and to include Tao thoughtform. What is Tao thoughtform? This is something we desire to explore with those devoted to this journey in this lifetime.

 

Alfie: The Return of Father Earth

 

The Language of ONE is a consensus thoughtform that directs one’s energy in conjunction with all others within one’s species and also with all other kingdoms upon Earth that are ascending at this time in history. Earth is a consensus and she is ascending into consensus thoughtform congruent with the Great Central Sun dream that she left behind long ago in her many falls through time, space and form. This is necessary and if she does not return Home this cycle, Terra would go extinct. Therefore, the changes occurring are necessary to her return journey “home”.

 

A recent global shift of great magnitude has unfolded as of late, as Terra has retrieved her male half “Alfie” in recent months. Alfie is integrating into Terra’s flow and is providing much needed male tones of creation to support and sustain the Language of ONE that Terra has been mastering. Therefore, all Language of ONE has gone through a modification of the edition of male vibrations and in recent weeks. This causes each movement to be far more stable than it was prior; and this then sets up Earth to take another expansion this year when generally only one is mastered per 12-month cycle. This is indicative of an increasing pace of ascension ahead and increasing global warming as the molecular structure of Terra vibrates at a quickened pace due to her expanding field.

 

Many may discover the new movements of the Language of ONE different or more comforting as a result of the addition of the male tones. This is Asur’Ana and Per’s response to the addition of Alfie into Terra’s overall energy flow; it is comforting as well as illuminating. They have been amazed at the illumination of issues that they or other ascending initiates were unable to perceive or transcend as a result of Father Earth’s perception. There have been large shifts within their own ascensions as a result of Alfie’s attention and insights. The male is needed in the journey; and mostly the map has been carved by females to date within the human dream along with Mother Earth. Perhaps with the return of Father Earth or Alfie, more men will find their way to this journey of map making ahead and fulfill upon it.

 

Tao Infinite Wisdom

 

The Language of ONE is also going through another modification in addition to the male vibrations that Alfie is holding; and this is coming direct from the Tao. The Tao is the part of Terra and Alfie that spawned this experience long ago and that Mother Earth and Father Earth and all upon them must return unto. The Whales and Dolphins have called the Tao “Infinite Wisdom” and this is what the Tao provides; it provides keys to allow for one’s return journey to where one was spawned. Read more

Asur’Ana and Per are mastering dulssa mindset in the Atlantean systems of development. Dulssa is fostered as five layers of cortex form with eighteen synapses that flower not only above the head but in the large transfusion body in syncopated rhythms of divine oscillations. Asur’Ana is a divine channel that oscillates notions in dulssa mindset.

 

The Psychology of Self is a fostering of the Tao of Shaktar to understand the dance of self-realization from a fostering of Atlantean scripts left for Asur’Ana to interpret from her twin Jasgahntar. Jasgahntar was a big teacher of self-realization with Shaktar in his lifetime. (Jasgahntar is also a cross age twin flame to Per, Asur’Ana’s twin flame in this current lifetime.) The Psychology of Self articles go together with Light Wave 8: We Dream of Atlantis.

 

An estuary of written materials was recovered in Lofoten Islands for Psychology of Self. Psychology of Self was a Shaktar anthology of information that the Atlantis culture flourished within for about twenty thousand years. The estuary was written twenty-one times by various authors in the heyday of enlightenment of Atlantis. Atlantis flourished for many thousands of years. Asur’Ana’s cross age twin, Jasgahntar, from Light Wave 8: We Dream of Atlantis story wrote similar articles as an author of Shaktar in his lifetime. He gifted her an estuary to write parallel articles that the Tao of Shaktar is translating into English. The articles will be humorous and allow for a pathway out of codependency of self.

 

Self merges with others in all walks of life. Self merges with one’s friends and family to a point that when you light motion you do not know you from them. Self merges with techno gadgetry that feels awful or angry or depressed as you transfuse through it in your field. Self merges with the media and feels the fear or elation associated. Self merges with our homes or the human marketplace feeling the flavor of emotion associated that often is unpleasant. It is important to learn to foster the self of yourself only and return the self of anything else back to where it belongs to create a flavor of wellbeing in a life of transfusion.

 

The articles are to highlight how to preserve the self of yourself and also mold it into new striations that can flux dreams that one desires towards one’s life; and also foster a flavor of beauty and joy in the sacred space of one’s own personal experiences. Shaktar was a master of self in thirteen thousand lifetimes in various configurations of scripts and lore. He wrote through twenty-one authors in his time upon Earth. He is not present to write through Asur’Ana but the Tao of Shaktar is present to generate the articles in English and foster the healing offered all the same. Read more
