1. Diet For Ascension

Earth would like to address the issue of diet in ascension. Ascending into the crystalline structure may create a very different type of diet to support such a biology. The crystalline form is founded upon the fat known as cholesterol which surrounds each cell, and holds a higher frequency. Fat modulates frequencies far better than proteins or minerals; this is because fat was designed to move energy through and around it that this is so. (Please see Ascension Insights, Volume 4 Chapter 4 “Ascending into A Regenerative Biological System” for more information on crystalline biology.)

The Death Hormone

A diet for ascension therefore will not be associated with other diets that are popular at this time in history and may seemingly extend the lives of those who are non-ascending. Non-ascending humans require more protein in the diet to retain their consciousness; this works for a time and then the death hormone in the meat, poultry and fish that they consume destroys the intestinal tract and stomach contributing to the experience of aging, along with a decreasing ability to absorb nutrients.

The death hormone prevails in any creature that is slaughtered and remains in the flesh; the death hormone cannot be cooked out and so is consumed as one eats meat or flesh of any kind, including wild game. It is the death hormone that contributes to aging in the current human paradigm. Vegetables, nuts, grains, and fruits in comparison do not produce any death hormone even as they are cooked.

The current high fat and protein diets that are popular may well give one a leaner body; however, it will also age and kill the form more rapidly. The reason that one ends up with a leaner body with such diets is that one is actually destroying the intestinal tract with excessive death hormone through the consumption of much flesh. The more that the intestinal tract fails to work, the less nutrients that one absorbs, and the leaner one will become as one is starving the form due to the lack of an ability to digest one’s food. It is interesting to note that it is so popular to be thin that humans are willing to destroy the digestive system to accomplish the goal.

As one ascends, the body becomes increasingly good at absorbing nutrients in the intestinal tract. The stomach and small intestines also become increasingly good at producing new enzymes to digest the food more greatly than in one’s pre-ascension state of being. As such, one would actually ingest more death hormone if one continues to eat flesh each day as an ascending being, and this would then kill off the ascending digestive system. This can over time debilitate one’s ascension; so, one will wish to eat meat sparingly at most, if the goal is to ascend in this lifetime. Read more

17. Becoming The Dreamer And The Dream

The purpose of the human species is to master conscious dreaming. This is the purpose of mastering one’s initiations; one becomes the dreamer and the dream. One envisions any dream, and then lives to experience it exactly as one envisions such a dream.

If the dream is for a beloved, then the beloved is made manifest and the beloved comes into one’s life dance. If the dream is for a new place to live, a preoccupation that brings one joy, a child, a healthy form, living in a beautiful region, or one’s ascension, one has the capacity to dream the dream, and then live to experience the dream. This is the original purpose that the human species was designed for; to be a living dream weaver that experiences one’s own dream.

We have spoken in previous books about how intents or dreams are made manifest. We now summarize this process with some major new additions and changes due to global changes in the dreamtime planes that surround Earth. Let us suffice to say that Earth has entirely restructured four planes surrounding manifestation; the Planes of Dreamtime, the Planes of Magic, the Planes of Thoughtform and the Planes of Unity (formerly the Planes of Karma). This restructuring allows ascending initiates to become the dreamer and the dream. It is the purpose of this chapter to discuss the path of becoming the conscious dreamer in human form.

Forgiveness

How does one transcend? One transcends through forgiveness. How does one forgive? How does one forgive others who have harmed oneself or damaged one’s form, or brought misery to one’s life? Forgiveness comes through understanding. In understanding how one’s ancestors have destroyed or harmed others, one will come to understand why one harms another. In so understanding the underlying emotional cause, one can most readily forgive.

For all that have experienced the trauma over New York, there are millions and millions of other humans that have experienced equal trauma in a less publicized manner. Such humans have been seemingly victims to incest or sexual abuse of a parent over their form. Abusive parents, teachers or schoolmates have emotionally traumatized many humans. Many humans have abused others including their own children out of fear, confusion, or frustration. Many humans have struggled to make ends meet and pay the bills, or find a loving partner, or transcend a disease killing the form. Read more

Light Wave Glossary

There are many new words that we are exploring in our written studies of light wave synergy. Words are meaningful in mindset of thoughtform.

Words that are the most useful in light wave mindset cause a foray of ckanton or prose that hosts a deeper meaning than the Webster dictionary definition associated. The deeper meaning is a command all of its own to redirect the dream and light synergy of field in a new manner than otherwise would be possible when the incantation associated with the word is invoked.

Ckanton is a language of the dragon soul realm that is reiterated as a prose of beautiful poetry to elicit a sweet dream towards self in the light motion of field. Ckanton is a master language that fosters light wave synergy through key words or phrases. This is an example of a ckanton behind a particular definition often used in our written materials or prose.

16. The Path To Compassion

From our point of view, soul and form were never designed to be separate; they were designed to be co-creative partners in the creative self-expression inherent in the dance of life. The human species is a multidimensional vessel for soul to experience and express through. This always was the purpose for the human dance, to allow soul to experience form, and through such experiences learn, grow, evolve and ultimately ascend form as the purpose for the form ceases to be relevant to the experience of soul.

In ascension, soul and form become ONE. This is accomplished through Soul Infusion, in which soul is gradually infused into the cellular structure and grid work until over a very long time, form appears semi-etheric. Continued soul infusion proceeds until form simply exits the physical dance in full, with soul and form becoming ONE.

The purpose of this chapter is to explore many spiritual concepts, insights, wisdom, lessons learned, and lessons to be learned regarding polarity for all in human form that are interested.

The Nature of Polarity

Polarity is perhaps most difficult to understand in the limitation of the current human thoughtform. In polarity, all sides of any thoughtform must be expressed. Any stand on one side will cause an equal stand upon the other. It is for this reason that those who wish to ban “guns” in the United States will elicit equal stands for the opposing side of the coin, or one that wishes to allow for the free sale of arms. Those who take a stand against cigarettes will find an equal stand on the other side of the pole for the use of them. The same is true for anti-drug campaigns. It is perhaps for this reason that drug use is at an all-time high, as there has been so much energy expended in relation to anti-drug campaigns, which has elicited in response and counterbalance an increased use of drugs. The more energy expended towards such a polarity of thoughtform will elicit equal thoughtform on the other end, and actually cause an increase in drug use instead of the original goal of less drug use.

What to do? Taking a stand for this or that is not wrong. Sometimes taking a stand is one manner in which major changes in civilization have come forth. Indeed, did not Gandhi take a stand, and over time win independence for India from British jurisdiction? However, there was a battle, and one that many do not know of. The battle nearly killed Gandhi several times long before he was assassinated. Why? He internalized the battle so that fewer would be harmed which caused him to become weak and sickly much of the time. However, Gandhi succeeded at his goal, and through nonviolent demonstrations brought the British to their knees. This is an example of a swing in polarity of thoughtform that elicits change. 5. The Peace Within

You have entered a quarter century of cleansing, and this cleansing has karmic unraveling that is necessary. What is karmic unraveling? Long ago, karma played out in one direction, and now it must play out in the other to balance the scales. Earth has committed to completion, completion with the human species in the current dance, and completion with the thoughtform of destruction. Earth has of late risen above the thoughtform of destruction in her global ascension, and cleared the records of destruction from human warfare from her soils.

We of the whale and dolphin realm circled the Hawaiian Islands and many other island chains to assist in release of warfare karma upon land under your oceans. This has sufficed to be fulfilled upon now, and all warfare records were indeed released last month, and Earth is moving towards a new day and era of peace, unity, unparalleled joy, and continued unfolding global ascension.

However, in order for this to become so within the human dance, humanity must either ascend or cease to exist, and those wishing to retain the thoughtform of destruction shall one day perish in full from Earth. The 9/11 New York incident and the continued warfare in the Middle East, regardless of how humans view it, whether they perceive it as an atrocity or a war upon terrorism, is an act of destruction. The travesty in New York and the continued annihilation of innocent humans in Afghanistan brings to a head and to the conscious attention of all humans the need for world peace and an end to violence upon the fellow members of your species. This act allows for the cleansing of the thoughtform of destruction from the human species.

Mass Human Ascension Launched

The human species has risen in vibration and awareness over the past 150 human years. This century to come will be perhaps the greatest leap up in awareness that has ever occurred for any single species inside or outside of time and space. What do we mean by this? Humanity will suddenly enter the vibration of unity en masse within this coming decade, and the vibration of full consciousness in the coming century. Entry into a state of unity is anticipated to occur roughly around 2025. How will this occur? At this time, 7 billion humans begin their ascension to 1,024 segments of DNA. This is occurring through the elements of Air, Water, Fire and Earth and Elementals or Devas that govern physical form.

All form is created by combining the elements through a genetic blueprint held by the angels of the form. Form is roughly one quarter Air which is expressed in the many forms of gasses that pervade the cellular structure, one half Water which is found in both the blood stream and cellular fluid, one quarter Earth which are the compounds from which cells are formed such as amino acids (protein), glucose (sugar) and lipids (fat), and less than 1% Fire. 4. Blessings For Opening The Heart

From the Aspen and Birch Tree Kingdom

It is the Aspen and Birch Trees that greet you today. Our kingdom is deciduous in colder climates. In warmer climates, we are evergreen, such as the Fichus Tree that is one of our relations. Asur’Ana had many a fichus trees over time as an indoor houseplant, when she was living in California. It was only as she learned to listen to our kingdom in terms of when it required water or nutrients or not, that the Fichus Tree survived and grew to fill the corner of her living room. She learned in this experience to only water us once every few months and was surprised when we told her that we were not thirsty each time she inquired. This was a good experience for Asur’Ana, as she learned to attune to the plant kingdoms early in her ascension.

Houseplants and Indoor Fountains

While in California, she was guided to have many houseplants in every room of her home. Why is the presence of houseplants important to ascension? Trees and plants provide oxygen and oxygen is necessary to the regeneration of the cellular structure. And so, Asur’Ana acquired many houseplants, and learned to appreciate the consciousness that the plants and trees provided towards her ascension.

For those living or working indoors where windows and doors must remain shut due to the cold in the winter, the Aspen and Birch Tree Kingdom recommend one large tree per room or four to five smaller plants to provide the oxygen necessary to the humans living therein; the larger the room, the more houseplants that it may require to provide enough oxygen indoors. Trees have a symbiotic relationship with all animals including the human species and inhale carbon dioxide that the lungs expel. In placing plants and trees indoors, one ceases to breathe one’s own carbon dioxide in the winter months in particular. Breathing one’s own carbon dioxide cannot support regeneration in ascension.

Asur’Ana was also guided to place running water in the form of a fountain in every room in the house. Running water is important to the houseplants as well as human beings. Running water provides the water element, which allows the experience of “negative ions” to pervade the home. Negative ions have a cleansing affect and allow for proper polarization of energy flow. This may be why humans enjoy time at the beach or at the lakeside each summer. The negative ions are so prevalent at the ocean or near any large body of water that they cause one’s field to ground and the energy to move as it should to support life. One can emulate this support by adding small fountains in every room of one’s home, particularly the bedroom and living room.

Over time and in the unconscious state of being that humans have fallen into, humans have forgotten how to spin their energy to sustain life beyond a short 50 to 80 year life span. In more ancient times, the movement of energy was considered paramount to the sustenance of life. Just as one would choose to eat healthy foods that supported regeneration, one would also strive to move the energy in a way that is conducive to sustaining life. There are forms of movement that remain from such times such as “Tai Chi”, however Tai Chi relies upon moving the body to move the energy in the meridians rather than conscious focus and intention. 15. Transcending The Seven Forms Of Seduction

We wish to explore the nature of seduction in the human dance upon Earth. Seduction goes hand in hand with such concepts as “information brokering” or “chi brokering”, “ownership” and “veils” as we have defined them in previous chapters written thus far. Such materials are offered to others whom are choosing the path of transcendence and ascension in this lifetime. For transcendence requires moving beyond all distortion upon your plane of reality within the third dimension. Seduction is another form of illusion or distortion that is most prevalent upon Earth and within the human dance.

The Dance of Seduction

Most are quite familiar with the pattern of seduction. For is it not the good “salesperson” that is capable of convincing another that they “need” this product or that and then “cons” the individual into purchasing it? A good salesperson is gifted at the art of seduction and utilizes such capabilities, gifts and talents in each “deal” made. Seduction comes in many forms, from the “sleazy” manipulations that leave one feeling not so good after a transaction, to the “brilliant” manipulations that leave one feeling elated and as if they have done the “right thing” for their current life expression. Underlying all seduction is a manipulation of information and energy that favors the manipulator or seducer, and such unconscious transactions are those that we will be exploring in this chapter.

Seduction is such a common expression upon Earth that most of humanity is blind to the fact that it exists, except perhaps in the odd sleazy transaction that does not feel so good after the fact. Most human interactions involve seduction of one form or another upon a daily or even hourly basis. As a matter of fact, seduction is so common that it underlies all human behavior upon Earth altogether, as examined by the souls in observation of Earth’s ascension. It is through seduction that one fails to see the unconscious manipulations that are occurring in any human transaction.

In Chapter 17 “Ascension and Manifestation” of Ascension Insights, Volume 1, we explored the concept of karmic manipulation and how retailers and manufacturers alike add karma as one enters a store causing one to purchase items in response to a karmic debt. Such manipulation is indeed a form of seduction that appears to be a common practice amongst all successful human businesses upon the Earth Plane. Such seduction can occur as one enters the store and perceives the glittery veils of illusion surrounding the merchandise.

In dancing with the veils that are filled with pictures of sexual and personal pleasure along with thoughtforms that such items will fill one with a sense of being “loved”, one loses chi, records, information, grid work, and then has karma added in its place. Removal of any energy system causes a vacuum through which something else can be added, and this is what is utilized to add karma to one’s field under such a circumstance. It is the karma that has been added that causes one to actually desire and then purchase the merchandise. Read more

Light Wave Archive #3

We are in the process of orchestrating a full on Shaktar dream time for the group. All who want to study with us can intend to be part of the group while reading our book and you’re automatically admitted. We are about to enter a Shaktar dream. This arises out of the need to fulfill upon a clear channeling or translation of Shaktar information that is gifted at understanding relationship as well as light wave transfusion. Relationship teachings are a foundation of Shaktar dreaming and encompass most other circumstance including jobs, shopping or other avenues of expression in the physical. Shaktar dreaming also involves mastery over light wave transfusion.

Shaktar dreaming is tantric light wave based and its origins are of the Lemurian time period and go back to the configurations of relocation of Sirian occupants upon Earth. The dreams of Shaktar are congruent and non-fear based. In order to be sustained, a certain light wave mind formation must occur within.

Light Wave Mind Formations

Waves are a part of the brain function. There are alpha, beta, and theta brain waves mapped by human scientists. There are also seeta and thusa brain waves. Each wave involves another thoughtform associated with human expression. The light wave brain moves more in thusa which is a formation of conscious dreaming.

Most humans fall asleep in formations of theta, seeta, and thusa waves; but those mapping light wave mind synergy will learn to aspire to remain awake and dream consciously. Thusa mind management is a function of Shaktar dreaming and can be called upon to learn to work in formations that sustain light wave motions that are congruent with the order of Shaktar. New blueprints are allowing seeta and theta waves to be included in Shaktar formations of dreaming.

Light wave mind formations of Shaktar derivative are emotional, sensitive, nurturing and non-undermining in nature. Other natures are also included in Shaktar dreaming including prophesying avenues of vision, food growth and cooking, natural world phenomenon such as parkland experiences, operations of businesses that are Shaktar associated, and management of the family or home along with the marketplace. Shaktar can be in most dreams except those of industry that is toxic or harmful in any capacity. Shaktar is a harmless dream and one therefore good for those ascending to draw upon. Read more

14. Transcending Fantasy Realities And The Seven Veils Of Illusion

We would like to speak about the concept of illusion. Illusion is a form of veil that causes one to perceive the veil as true and accurate rather than the truth that is so behind the veil. Over time, and with the many falls of the human species, Earth became layered with layers of illusion or non-truth. The current belief by many in the metaphysical community that the ‘Ascended Masters’ are Gods Goddesses of Earth is example of such an illusion. The belief that one may ascend without altering the biology of the form is another example of such an illusion. The belief in anything by anyone is an example of a veil of illusion, for all beliefs are founded upon illusion.

All illusions are layered around the Earth and human consciousness much like an onion. As one ascends, one lifts in frequency day to week to month to year. Each momentum upwards in frequency causes one to lift beyond the veils of illusion that they have believed to be true in their present life experience at a given frequency. One may wonder if this is so, what underlies illusion? After all, humans and all human interactions are based upon beliefs, belief in this or that is superior or inferior to this or that. Underlying all illusion and belief systems is TRUTH.

Truth cannot be defined by a belief in this or that. Truth can only be defined in the concept of I AM THAT I AM. In the concept of ‘I Am That I Am’, one accepts what is as the truth of the experience that they are expressing at any given time. Such acceptance is without judgment or blame. However, this does not mean that such acceptance is not without assessment or awareness of the experience that one has created. Here we get into an interesting dilemma within the human dance, the difference between neutral assessment and judgment.

Neutral Assessment and Judgment

All judgment has an emotional charge attached to it that pits one concept or belief as superior, and yet another as inferior. All beliefs within the veils of illusion that surround humankind have preferences and are weighted as better, worse, or somewhere in-between. An example of this can be seen in one’s day to day activities in which one believes that the outfit that they are wearing is superior to another, and chooses to wear such clothing based upon the belief systems attached to it.

When one is neutral, such as Asur’Ana, one chooses to wear whatever resonates with the truth that they are embodying today. Such choices are not based upon judgment or preference based upon perceptions of “better than” but rather based upon resonance. Truth is based upon resonance or that which is attracted due to “like” or similar matching vibrations. And so, Asur’Ana chooses to wear whatever garment matches her frequency upon any given day.
