21. Blessings for Self Sustainability: Creating an Ascending Garden

 

From the Fruit, Vegetable and Nut Kingdoms

 

It is the Vegetable, Fruit, Nut Kingdoms that wish to speak today. We wish to share a little more about what is called self sustainability from a garden’s point of view. Humans today are fond of fertilizing their gardens as this indeed causes the plants to grow and also produce more fruits, vegetables, nuts or grains. Organic fertilizers cause growth by providing certain nutrients necessary to the health and well-being of the plant along with the production of the fruit, nut, grain or vegetable harvested. Organic fertilizers offer a variety of nutrients not found in inorganic fertilizers.

 

Fertilizers

 

Inorganic fertilizers host a high amount of nitrogen which does indeed cause the plant to grow and provide more flowers that later result in fruits or vegetables, nuts or grains. However, nitrogen is only one of ten nutrients necessary to sustain life. All 10 nutrients are found in organic fertilizers which are why a return to organic farming provides greater nutrition in the food harvested. As your farmers continue to use non-organic fertilizers, humans are robbed of the very nutrients and trace minerals that they require to sustain their own health and well-being as well as ascend.

 

Why are trace minerals so important? Trace minerals are required by each cell for proper cell growth as well as to magnetize nutrients into the cell or wastes out of the cell. Furthermore, it is trace metals that act as attractants within red and white blood cells to latch on to oxygen, sugar, waste or free radicals in the blood. Without enough trace minerals, the blood becomes poor at feeding the cells or transporting toxins to the waste management systems, and this adds to an already deteriorating biology and will therefore lead to more rapid aging or the development of disease over time.

 

About De-Parasite Programs and Ascension

 

Interestingly enough in Asur’Ana’s early ascension, she went on a program to detoxify the body of parasites and it included a liquid trace mineral supplement. Each day she would take a small amount of this supplement and her body would go “Ahhhh, this feels so good!” The reason? Over the years and in spite of ingesting a load of vitamins and minerals in pill form and eating a healthy diet, the substances along with food had not been absorbed through the intestines, but the liquid minerals were. After 10 weeks upon the de-parasite program, Asur’Ana’s body said “enough”. She quit the program but had detoxified her biology of parasites, and the liquid minerals had re-mineralized her body for better transport of nutrients throughout her cellular structure.

 

The point here is that supplements are useful as long as they are not overdone; and if done in just the right proportions can assist in making up of years of lack of a particular substance or set of substances. This is where muscle testing is very useful; as you can muscle test what you need and for how long and then only take the herb or dietary supplement for the length required; and as a result, you will not cause a toxic overload in the other direction. 20. Blessings for a Return of Integrity to the Dance of Life

 

From the Mushroom Kingdom

 

It is the Mushroom Kingdom that communicates with you today. Mushrooms much like eggplant are another form of crystalline structure that remains upon Earth when most other plant kingdoms have fallen into great density at 2 strands of DNA over time. Crystalline structures are light and porous with more air element, hence our light weight given our size. It is the air element that allows for increasing movement of chi through any living structure; the more porous the structure, the more chi that can be pushed through the form leading to a higher frequency or vibration of the cells and overall structure.

 

The Crystalline Structure Hosts More Air Element

 

Most wild mushrooms have never dropped beneath 6,000 segments of DNA in vibration, and our kingdom is rising well above the vibration of many other plant and tree kingdoms at this end of cycle time period of ascension Home. As a result of this truth, we are paving the way to regeneration for all other kingdoms to follow. Mushrooms also continue to hold the Language of Light tones of creation in our wild state of being.

 

Regeneration is an act in which that which has fallen ill or become compromised is repaired. In the current paradigm, cells do not repair themselves very well at two strands of DNA. Most cells die and then are replaced every seven years; however, beyond the age of 28 in human form, only one third of the cellular structure is replaced each seven-year cycle ahead leading to what is known as aging, decay, disease and ultimately death in older age. In the regenerative crystalline system, not only are most cells repaired long before they die, but all cells that die are replaced leading to a healthier overall biology as well as a longer life span.

 

Regeneration is the nature of crystalline unity biology that self repairs; and is the first phase of ascension for all kingdoms upon Earth including the human kingdom. All kingdoms are moving towards the crystalline structure which regenerates and does not age or become ill over time. The crystalline structure also hosts more air element allowing more energy to be pushed through the etheric vessel leading to a higher vibration of the cellular structure. The faster the molecules and field spins, and the more kundalini can flow through the core of the etheric body, and the higher the frequency. This requires more air element and less earth element.

 

Molecules must go through a transformation of their own in order to keep pace with the evolving crystalline structure. The crystalline molecular structure shifts from a solar system formation of atoms rotating around a nucleus to a Triple Lotus pattern akin to the “Consciousness Symbol” of the Language of Light. As the molecules assume the consciousness symbol formation, it is also a reflection of a restoration of lost consciousness to the etheric and biological structure of the form. All kingdoms are pressing towards the consciousness based molecular rotation in the ascent to 3,000 segments. Read more

From the Grass Kingdom

 

It is the Sweet Grass Kingdom that greets you today. Sweet Grass is a term that the Native Americans gave to grass growing within the water or in the marsh or wetlands. The Native Americans would gather this grass growing out of the water and make it into long braids calling it “Mother Earth’s Hair”. Then the grass would be dried in the sun and burnt during a sweat lodge or ceremony for purposes of purification. Indeed, the smoke of grass has a purifying affect upon the energy field of any human or region. Sweet grass in particular smells very sweet when it burns, hence the name.

 

Returning Home to the Tao

 

Grass covers the body of the land upon most continents of Earth, including the deserts. The Grass Kingdom includes many flowers and herbs such as sage, dandelion, lavender, red clover and most herbs listed in Chapter 6 “Language of Light and Herbs” of Ascension Insights, Volume 3. Grass has diversified over time to hold all the vibrations of the Language of Light along Earth’s surface and hence the vast array of herbs and flowers that we are associated with.

 

The Grass Kingdom also holds an underwater presence known as algae as well as seaweed. Over time, Asur’Ana and Per have learned to crave seaweed for its mineral content needed in ascension and enjoys the Nori with vegetarian sushi or in summer sea salad. All ascending initiates may benefit from eating seaweed once per week due to the minerals it can provide. In the consumption of seaweed, you can commune with the grass of the sea.

 

As a collective, the Grass Kingdom directs the vibrations that hold life along Earth’s surface as well as through her core. Vegetarian animal kingdoms as well as small fish feast upon us to sustain their existence thereby also ingesting the Language of Light at this time of ascension. The Buffalo Kingdom in particular told Asur’Ana that they dine upon almost all the herbs that grow wild in Yellowstone National Park that are offered up in support of ascension. In this manner, the Buffalo Kingdom has risen to 6,000 segments within the park as also has the Elk, Deer and Moose Kingdoms.

 

All kingdoms are ascending at this time including the grass and herbs along with flowers and trees. The ascensions are coming along due to the conscious freewill choice of Mother Earth to choose to go Home. Long ago, Mother Earth exited another dream and another reality in which endless life, wholeness and beauty along with freedom was known. Now there is a desire to return home to such a state of being; but not for endless life, but for a return to the very source from which all existence emanates; and Asur’Ana has called this force the Tao. It is the Plumeria and Jasmine Tree Kingdom that speaks to you today. Plumeria and Jasmine flowers hold a magnificent smell that many loves. We are often used as perfumes and made into essential oils and enjoyed in many human bath products, lotions, hair products or essential oil burners as a result. Our fragrance will remind you of what our ancestors in the Great Central Sun smelled like once long ago. Today plumeria and jasmine along with hundreds of other flowers and fruits hold the scents of long ago within our genetic structure.

 

Return Journey Home

 

Long ago, all of life upon Terra (Earth) smelled beautiful. This was at a time that Terra existed inside the Great Central Sun dream. There was no decay or rot and so everything had a sweet smell that was lovely to inhale. This was not only so for the tree and plant kingdoms, but also for each animal, bird, fish, reptile, insect, dolphin, whale or human. The smell for each kingdom was distinct and each knew the other by smell as well as sight or appearance. Life was a magical wonderland to experience. There were no seasons and nothing died; it was endless heaven in a sense and in comparison to the struggle of Terra in present time.

 

Regardless of how wonderful life was inside the Great Central Sun, there was no goal of evolution Home. Somehow the goal of evolution had been lost in our original casting. As a result, we lived and lived and lived but did not know the real purpose of our existence. Although humans and whales and dolphins were fully conscious and aided in the direction of Terra, there was no plan for evolution home. It has taken us exiting the Great Central Sun dream and falling and falling in consciousness and into great pain and suffering to finally realize as a consensus reality what is necessary to offset extinction. What is necessary is a return journey, not only back into the Great Central Sun dream, but Home to the Tao where all consciousness emanates from.

 

Perhaps if we had recalled the necessity to ascend home long ago, we would have created a plan to evolve from within the Great Central Sun and avoided falling out of the dream altogether and into such great struggle. In hindsight, we can see that we were blinded by our eternal “heaven” or love and light experience that was beautiful and as such there was no requirement or desire to go anywhere else. Homecoming seemed unnecessary when everything felt at “home” and as “one” already.

 

It is perhaps the struggle and strife that creates the need to return “home”. Returning Home however unto endless bliss no longer appeals because we know that there is no such thing as endless anything within the Tao. Those creations that desire an endless love and light experience will ultimately descend into deep darkness in counterbalance as this is the nature of the cycles of the Tao. The Tao seeks to expand and seeks then to contract. As creations return Home, they carry with them all their experiences and it is through such experiences that the Tao evolves. Read more

It is the Willow Tree Kingdom that greets you today. Our kingdom has been a favored tree for many a Japanese garden over time. The gentle swaying leaves of our kingdom causes a feeling of peace to surround those entering the garden. Why is this so? Our kingdom holds the vibration of peace within the Language of Light for the Tree Kingdom. Each species of plant or tree has a special purpose in association with the tones of creation that we hold as well as the dream that we foster in any region that we exist.

 

Asur’Ana has outlined the vibrations of the herb kingdoms in Chapter 6 “Language of Light and Herbs” of Ascension Insights, Volume 3. Through the herbs, each of the single tones of the ascending language that each species is choosing to embody at this time of evolution is sustained. One can gain the benefit of the vibrations not only in procuring and taking of herbal tinctures, but also by planting the herbs in one’s garden. In so doing, one can receive the benefit of the energy movement and vibrations that one requires to ascend.

 

Language of Light and Trees

 

Trees also host vibrations in association with the Language of Light. One can plant trees in one’s garden and yard and reap the same benefit as the herbs offer; or one can procure smaller houseplants in the form of young trees for one’s indoor garden at home or in the office. The Pine Tree kingdom hosts the vibration associated with forgiveness. Forgiveness is the foundation of ascension and if one cannot forgive, then one cannot ascend beyond a certain mechanical level of field rotation. Forgiveness is also the first note on the scale of the Language of Light. Having a pine tree of any variety in one’s yard or home will assist one in remembering to forgive and not to hold on to grudges. Visiting the older pine forests will assist one in learning Absolute Forgiveness.

 

The Redwood Tree Kingdom hosts the Language of Light vibration known as “Dream”. The dream symbol has to do with remembering how to consciously intend and then manifest one’s dream in the physical. Those that plant redwood trees in their yard or grow a young redwood tree indoors will reap the benefit of assistance in one’s process of dream weaving. One can also visit the more ancient redwood forests to receive an opening into the void of infinite possibility.

 

Cedar Trees hold the vibration of “Honor” in the Language of Light. Many initiates have difficulty with honor, not of others, but often of oneself; and if one does not master honor of self, then one has failed to master honor, as honor can only occur if one first honors oneself and one’s own needs in the dance of life. Planting a cedar tree either in the yard or raising a young tree indoors will assist those learning the lessons of honor in mastering the associated energy flow. One can also visit the ancient Cedar forests for opening to honor for the purposes of community building or relations unto groups of others. It is the Cedar Tree Kingdom that often lived near peaceful and unity-based human civilizations in times past, and they hold a lot of records on this subject as a result. Read more

From the Oak Tree Kingdom

 

It is the Oak Tree Kingdom that addresses you today. Oak represents a solid wood that is useful for building one’s furniture or homes. Oak is a denser form of wood in comparison unto gum or eucalyptus, and it is for this reason that we provide a solid foundation from which one can construct one’s dwelling. Oak has watched as a consciousness the lives of humans from inside of their homes as a result. Not unlike the Spruce Trees that experience life around the family Christmas Tree, Oak experiences life also of the family from within the homes or furnishings constructed from our trunks, particularly in the West.

 

Evergreen and Endless Spring

 

Pine is also used for housing and furnishings, as well as cedar wood in many parts of the world. Although one thinks of Oak as a separate species from cedar or pine, in reality we are all a part of the same family of trees that diversified over time into different forms. We are not evergreen as the pine tree; we lost our information on creating evergreen leaves in the many falls in consciousness of our species in our life upon Earth. One of the main focuses we have along with all plant life is retrieving our evergreen knowledge. In so doing, our leaves will one day again be able to produce sugar to feed our trunk year-round rather than having to retract life and essentially hibernate in the wintertime; this will cause us to have green leaves all year round.

 

At another time all kingdoms were evergreen. Flowers never faded and lasted for years if not decades upon the associated bush, tree or plant. The concept of birth, death and rebirth was not a part of the evergreen reality that the plant kingdom understood inside the Great Central Sun dream. All life received enough chi and nutrients to exist seemingly forever, without aging and without death.

 

This is the state of being that Terra (Earth) is vying to return unto in the coming 250-year cycle. As Terra continues to ascend, the blueprints from ancient times in the Great Central Sun shall be modified to be embodied in the third dimension; and in so doing, all of life shall return to an eternal form of physical existence in which death and rebirth is no longer experienced.

 

It is death and rebirth that is painful to experience. Humans grieve the loss of loved ones as they pass. Nature grieves in a different manner each winter as life must be retracted out of the physical in order to survive. Although we do not experience loss or emotions or pain as humans’ experience, we still in our own way grieve the wintertime. Long ago when Asur’Ana asked the Pine Tree Kingdom of Banff and Jasper in the Canadian Rocky Mountains what they desired the most, they responded “an end to the cold and to wintertime!” Read more

From the Cedar Tree Kingdom

 

It is the ancient Cedar Tree Kingdom that greets you today. Cedar Trees are indeed an ancient kingdom. Much like the Gum Tree Kingdom, we can trace our history to times within the Great Central Sun when Terra (Earth) was a magnificent expression of flora and fauna, animal kingdoms, bird kingdoms, insect kingdoms, waterfalls, lakes, mountainous regions and vast valleys. (Please see Chapter 7 “Blessings for Remembering the Ancient Past” for more information.)

 

Endless Life of Harmony, Unity and Joy on Magnificent Terra

 

As the Gum Trees shared in Chapter 7, Terra at this time was semi-etheric in nature and the land spiraled to the Core or Aurora of her Sun. The land was multicolored minerals rather than dense and thick dirt or sand allowing light up from the Aurora to shine through the layers to the outer Earth. Terra was bathed in light from the suns above her in vibration and the sun within her to sustain life without the experience of death. It may be hard to imagine life that is endless, but so it was in this time period; and there were not seasons or difficult weather patterns as experienced today. Life was a gentle ongoing experience and expression of harmony, unity and joy.

 

Feeding of Terra

 

Then something happened seemingly eons of time inside the Great Central Sun’s golden pink aura. Terra began to fall in vibration. The layers of her spiraling crust began to compress in upon themselves. This was long before Terra left the boundaries of the Great Central Sun dream. What was at cause of Terra’s demise?

 

The upper dimensions of creations above her were being stripped of life force and consciousness; the consciousness of the upper dimensions began to feed upon itself for survival. As a result, Terra became one of the creations that was ‘fed off’ by the dimensions above. Over time she weakened and weakened, and then dropped to dimensions beneath her within the Sun. The continued feeding off of Terra eventually caused her to collapse enough to be pressed outside the Great Central Sun Dream altogether. This took seemingly eons of time.

 

Why would any creation feed off another? Why do humans consume the flesh of other kingdoms? Humans believe they must eat flesh in order to survive. If the beliefs were otherwise, humans might be vegetarian en masse. However, the pattern of consumption began long before Terra exited the Great Central Sun as she was consumed until she fell therein. Read more

From the Maple Tree Kingdom

 

It is the Maple Tree Kingdom that addresses you today. Our kingdom has been involved with the human species since your original seeding upon Terra (Earth) from the Sirian star system. Humans were seeded with certain plants and trees that were common food source upon Sirius. Maple trees have always contained a sweet sap that is easy to tap into and enjoy as a sweetener or as a treat for human taste buds. And so, our species like many others originates from Sirius.

 

Sweet Dreams and Sour Dreams

 

The sweet taste of certain food source is associated with the sweetness of life. Many humans crave sweets because their life is lacking the sweeter dreams that one would like to make manifest. Those who reject sweets also reject the sweetness of life or the sweeter dreams. For a long time, one particular initiate’s body craved sour and salty over sweet tastes; eating something sweet was not her preference. This was a reflection of the sour dream she was living at the time where she felt unfulfilled or starved for sweeter dreams. Over time, she learned to embrace sweeter foods, especially after her beloved joined her, and this was a reflection of embracing the sweeter dream of having a beloved in her life dance. Now baking sweet treats as well as eating fruit each day is an ongoing part of diet.

 

Sweeter life dreams and sour life dreams have more to do with energy dynamics than any other cause. Sweet dreams that provide a sense of fulfillment are magnetic in a magnetic creation. What are magnetic dreams? They are dream projections from the solar sun that are rotational in energy flow or circular in nature. It requires a rotational field to catch a rotational dream. Sour dreams on the other hand are caused by pyramidal or angular flow that intersects the circular flow of a magnetic creation. It is the interaction of magnetic and electrical energy that creates a sour dream.

 

What is a sour dream? Long ago, Terra harbored only magnetic flow and knew nothing but the sweetness of life with all kingdoms living in harmony with one another. Over time, humans from other star systems that viewed Terra as a living terrarium chose to seed plants, trees and animals from other creations. This was long before human life came to be upon Terra. Some of the foreign plants, trees and animals hosted rotational flow; they contributed to the dream of fulfillment of Terra. Some foreign plants, trees and animals contained angular or electrical flow in their DNA; these kingdoms caused the sweet dream of Terra to turn sour over time. Sour dreams lead to sour outcomes for the whole. What do we mean by this? Sour dreams create travesties of all kinds; the more sour the dream, the greater the travesty.

 

Sour Dream of the Dinosaurs

 

The sour dream that was created in this cycle in the third dimension after foreign plants, trees and animals were brought by human scientists in spacecraft led to the experience of the dinosaurs in our more recent history. The dinosaurs were seeded only in small numbers to begin with on the part of human scientists from Alpha Centauri. Read more

From the Nut Bearing Tree Kingdom

 

It is the Nut Bearing Trees that greet you today. Nuts such as almonds, pecans, macadamias and walnuts have been a part of human dietary habits since the original seeding of the Red Nations Peoples about 300,000 years ago. Nuts are high in fats and proteins necessary to sustain life. Long ago, the ancient red nations’ peoples did not consume flesh; they survived instead upon a vegetarian diet. Primarily, the nut kingdom assisted in providing 80% of the protein requirements for the crystalline biology of these ancient humans. Legumes (beans) and mushrooms provided the other 20% of the protein requirements.

 

Complete Foods

 

Protein is a necessary substance to ascending biology. The muscles, organs and glands require adequate protein to assist in the ongoing regeneration of crystalline cells as well as ascension of decayed regions of the form. Nut proteins may be one of the easier sources of proteins to digest by crystalline enzymes, easier even than eggs. Why is this so? Nuts when ingested break down into many nutrients as they contain small amounts of sugars, oils and protein making them a “complete food”.

 

Complete foods host all nutrients necessary to sustain one’s form. Crystalline digestive enzymes break down all three components in one’s diet, which is why it is good to include some protein, carbohydrates and fats along with fermented foods in each meal as an ascending human. This makes nuts a good “complete food” to ingest as a snack or as added to one’s main dishes, salads or desserts.

 

Most plant kingdoms do not host fruits that are complete as a nutritional source. It is through food combination that one creates a complete meal providing all nutrients required for continued health and evolution. In time, many other plant kingdoms much like the nut kingdom will increase in nutrients as they ascend into a genetic blueprint from another time in which all foods held greater levels of nutrition. Foods in ancient times were complete unto themselves.

 

Coconut is an example of a more ancient food that is complete to an even greater degree than most nuts, and is one of the few of this nature remaining upon Earth. Fresh coconut juice provides a fermented liquid filled with many digestive enzymes due to the heat of the sun. Asur’Ana discovered that this fluid is very useful in breaking down the deposits in the liver and kidney ducts as well as cleansing the veins of the blood. Read more

12. Blessings For Healing The Body Through A Vegetarian Diet

 

From the Fruit, Nut and Vegetable Bearing Plants

 

It is the Fruit, Nut and Vegetable Bearing Plants that write to you again today. In our last communication in Chapter 6 “Blessings for a Healthy Body that Can Ascend”, we spoke to the current dietary trends and how they support or hinder ascension, and the need to create “complete meals” of proteins, carbohydrates, enzymes from fresh vegetables and fermented foods, as this is how the crystalline digestive system best breaks down nutrients.

 

Today we wish to speak of specific foods that are helpful to the ascending biology in terms of integration of new crystalline genetic materials as well as regeneration of that which has already become crystalline. Regeneration of the crystalline biology will continuously require certain food substances to allow all the biochemical ingredients necessary to repair and regenerate the cells. Each part of the biochemistry requires specific nutrients. It is our hope to illuminate upon what foods hold what nutrients for the regeneration and ascension of each part of the biology so that each may choose a diet that better supports the choice to ascend in this lifetime.

 

Fruits

 

Fruits host a variety of enzymes that can assist in producing the digestive enzymes that the crystalline digestive system requires. Enzymes are also important to the ascension into the crystalline cellular structure. The ascending body creates carrier cells in the blood to send enzymes to wherever in the biology that the old cellular system requires breaking down to allow the new crystalline biology to grow. Providing the body with enough enzymes from fruit sources will allow what is ingested to be placed in the carrier cells and then injected into regions that are resurrecting into the next crystalline blueprint. Fruits therefore are something that will be an ongoing part of the ascending diet due to the high amount of enzymes necessary to this goal.

 

The plant kingdom advises ascending initiates to have some fruit each day; and if one craves more, then one may dine on fruit all day if one so chooses. Taking a one-to-three-day fruit fast is also a great way to cleanse the intestines along with the ducts of the kidneys and liver to aid ascension in this region. Watermelon is a good choice as a main fruit for a fast as it is pH neutral and will not tend to cause one to become overly acidic or basic thereafter and leading to other complications. Grapes are another good choice to add along with small amounts of pineapple and papaya along with any other fresh fruit desired.

 

Apricots

 

Fresh apricots are not only tasty but high in vitamin A, minerals and beta carotene. Beta carotene has an interesting contribution to make within crystalline biology. Beta carotene creates an internal form of “dye” through which diseased or scarred tissue can be more easily perceived so that it can be resurrected into the crystalline form. The dye is not one that has to do with visibility in an “eyesight” sense but rather an energetic perception that then the body can make to determine what requires resurrecting next in the dance of continued ascension.
