Diet and Light
Food fosters an integral motion to integrate light wave DNA as light transfusion begins. Foods that worked without light do not necessarily work as light fills the cells. Cheese and milk products along with eggs create pus in the blood and need to be avoided except on the rare occasion to foster the mind and body into health ahead. A dairy free diet is the best approach to emerging light possibly than any other change. Meat is also not useful at all. Meat creates a form of rot as it fails to digest as light is applied to the intestines that then cause the blood to grow ill. All disease begins with ill blood. The path for meat and dairy eaters of all ages and life focuses is disease ahead if the diet fails to change to accord with the light motions of you.
Vegetarian diets foster health in many people on the path of ascension which preceded light motion. Many vegetarians feast upon beans and rice to complement the requirement to supply the body with enough protein. A bean and rice diet is no longer useful for light either as it causes the blood to grow ill through time. Beans ferment with the starch of the rice causing rot in the blood. Certain beans also cause the liver to enflame in light motion of field. Cheese, eggs and milk will cause the pancreas to fold in light leading to diabetic symptoms over time as well. Insulin in light is a poison unto the heart and will lead to heart attacks through time. It is better to alter the diet than grow yourself ill on insulin or beans too.
Starches and breads along with pasta lead to a buildup of candida if consumed year-round. Candida causes ill blood too. Grains however do provide substances that can heal the pancreas, liver, spleen and gut and renew the bones when consumed for certain periods each year but not year-round. The body best receives its nutrients through extreme changes of diet every three months throughout the year.
When grains are unavailable most of the year, the body absorbs them en masse as you alter the winter time diet to warm the body too. The grains serve the mending of the organs that require the starches over the wintertime of you. A high protein low carb diet follows in spring to allow the body to rebuild. Summer is a time of cleansing and fasting on raw fruits and juices along with nuts. Autumn is a time of curries that foster the sustenance of the mind. This is the four season diet prescribed by the Yogis throughout the ages for sustainable light wave health.
Cleansing to Foster Healthy Blood
The requirement to cleanse is not year round. Cleansing too much while fasting and eating too many raw foods can cause an imbalance too. The imbalance is too many enzymes in the blood which then break down the liver, kidneys and spleen. Three months to cleanse per year is adequate and recommended in the summertime of warmer weather to offset the cooling temperatures of a body not consuming as much. The need to cleanse is required to foster healthy blood as light motions grow upon planet Earth. The belief you need not cleanse at all is only another path into disease in the years ahead. Those destined to motion light into self-realization aptitude, fostering an older but youthful stature is possible, but only if the right dietary approach to life is embraced.
Extreme Changes in Diet to Foster Biological Regrowth
Younger people may get away with other dietary habits only due to growing biology. In the growth spurts, the body requires some of all four seasons of diet possibly at the same time. The youth need not be restricted in dietary formations until about age sixteen when the body has grown into its maturity in size and stature of height. Those emerging into adulthood will also need to regroup into a seasonal diet in order to retain their health into their thirties. The raw vegan diet will work for many without a seasonal shift up through age thirty. After thirty, if the diet fails to foster extreme changes, the body will cease to renew and revitalize in order to retain its youthful stature.
Altering the diet to an extreme is a means of fostering a biological regrowth into your youth if you are older and beginning to motion light. As you provide the body with some nutrients and deprive it of yet others, the mind receives the message to regrow. A biochemical reaction occurs that is known as a glycogen renewal. The liver produces an abundant amount of glycogen that is released in the blood. Some people foster a month or so of what appears like tanned skin as the glycogen releases. The glycogen is absorbed into the T-cells which then foster renewal of the RNA. The RNA must renew first to integrate the light wave DNA that each is triggering to arise into from the ancestral fabric of memory banks of you due to emerging light upon Earth.
Diet for Light Wave DNA
You are your own ancestral memory banks of RNA and DNA. The new RNA and DNA will grow you into a youthful status naturally as long as all the nutrients are provided to allow for this. Light wave DNA is much healthier than anything you have known to date this lifetime. Empty diets will not work that are filled with processed or junk foods and sodas. For the youth or any age stature of human, the junk food will lead to malformed cells in light wave DNA that will grow into cancer in most cases. The rising levels of cancer already in some regions that host light gates is an example of what shall occur for the whole ahead unless you alter your diet.
Light wave DNA requires succinct amounts of protein, carbohydrates from whole grains, enzymes and subtle nutrients from raw vegetables and juices along with fruits, and minerals present in the blood to grow into health. Most foods are very nutrient deprived due to the farming frenzy of GMO foods and fertilizers that are inept at fostering healthy produce. Supplements are required also in this time period to foster healthy cells in light wave motion including liquid minerals, zeolite, colloidal silver and colloidal gold. At another time in history, more silver and gold were present in the soil today, fostering healthier vegetation for all to consume.
Today only 10% of what was once available in the land is still present; and current farming practices trigger this to fade to less than 2% unless organic and preventive measures are taken for the sake of the land. The supplement industry is a fortuitous circumstance where you can add nutrients unto your organic food supply and fortify yourself into healthy light wave DNA. Superfoods do abound and are useful to consume year round to supplement the requirements of nutrients in the blood as light wave DNA grows. Superfoods add many missing ingredients unto the mindset that will trigger healthy and happier states of being to emerge in light wave motion.
GMO foods are fostered as RNA and DNA are splintered and warble. Nature knows this and does not feed off GMO fields. If nature will not consume the GMO foods then so should you not. Please be aware that in consumer rich systems many foods are unknown as to the truth of their origins even in health food stores. In the vegetable department, if the fruits and leafy vegetables or root vegetables motion light, then they are not ill. Learn to muscle test or discern what foods motion light and purchase only these if at all possible.
Some restaurants are light motion oriented in dreaming of their establishment. Often the chefs and proprietors are gifted at adding light to foods that may not be organic but taste wonderful to the delight of your senses. Often the meals are presented in beauty and grace too. Search for restaurants that foster light and you will also be well, eating out from time to time.
Shop at Grocery Stores That Can Motion Light
Grocery stores and markets are also not equal in their fostering of light. Often the mass chains do not host light in the vegetable department much even if presented as organic some. You will notice how the organic section wilts before it is sold in any given month and realize that this is not a healthy place to shop. Some of the larger health food chains also can either motion light in their vegetable department or not. If not, again the vegetables will appear to fade before they are sold.
In a market that spins light, everything appears well preserved and possibly for longer than otherwise would be possible. The light motions of field can be applied to the vegetables to preserve them. Only shop in markets that preserve the food and also learn to do so in your own kitchen and refrigerator. You may be surprised how your grocery bill goes down and the foods you prepare are delightful to the taste buds of you too.
In the west there is an abundant amount of fanatical motion towards go organic. Farmers markets are cropping up with heaping tables of organic sprouts of beauty and grace to tantalize you to purchase it at a savings unto your pocketbook too. Do so and enjoy the freshness of something handpicked and harvested that day rather than shipped half way around the country in a refrigerated truck or train. Enjoy the bounty of a new way to think about food emerging in the choice to youth yourself through new and unique dietary changes ahead. The need for the right foods at the right time of your life is upon you. We seek to share of the knowing of the ages drawn from other cycles of light in which those who preserved themselves did so through right diet that leads to a state of right mindedness too.
The Right Mind Does Not Bend
Right mindedness is a state in which you are happy and in balance within. Life unfolds in joyful encounters from day to week to month in a state of right mindedness. The happy balanced mind creates health of the biology too. All disease is related to disturbances of the mind first. The disturbances cause flux of motions into the spine that are uneven. The uneven motions over stimulate some organs and under stimulate yet others through time. Those organs over stimulated are also over cooked leading to disease. Those organs under stimulated are under heated leading to rot and then disease. The right mind preserves the biology in balance. A state of right mind is also preserved as you consume the right diet each month of the year.
Mindset can bend in four directions. The mind that bends to the left fosters depression and sometimes suicidal tendencies. The mind that bends to the right fosters anxiety and anger. The mind that bends to the back grows tired and listless through time leading to the desire to rest too much. The mind that bends to the front is over active and prone to feeling overwhelmed within. The right mind fosters motions above the cortex that fail to bend in any of the four directions through time. Right mindedness is best sustained with the right diet that triggers the spine to motion just enough to balance the cortex in its flux of light.
Extreme Detoxification
Some emerging into light today may be toxic to an extreme. If so, there is a need for you to foster an extreme detox in order to retain your health ahead in light motion of field. The extreme detox is a three to six month project of fasting on water, fruit and vegetable juices and stocks. Any symptom of ill health that is mild in stature as light motions into transfusion of you will be overcome in an extreme detox focus. Extreme detoxification can include certain sacred herbs that are helpful to growing light wave DNA in the diseased biology allowing for a recovery due to emerging light wave motion.
Even if you have de-aged as a mature adept and found your way to sustainable health and right mindedness prevails, light can grow to become uneven leading to disease ahead. If you sense you are heading into disease, then the extreme detox may be prescribed again for a three month interval to treat the symptoms until the biology renews and revives all over. If the body is very ill, fasting will lead to a gentle crossing in deep sleep. In ancient times, the elderly knew when the life was through and would fast until they crossed. Sometimes the body was ill and sometimes the individual just knew it was time to depart the physical. Those who are ill today are always welcome to fast until you cross. Generally, if the body is really sick it takes only 8 weeks to pass if you fast on water and then air.

After a long period of cleansing and fasting (or a three-month period in the summer diet), the body is in need of protein to rebuild itself. Protein if consumed daily along with carbohydrates or too many sugars will cause the blood to clot. The high protein diet is therefore to not include grains or sugars outside of some useful fruits. Those fruits that supply enzymes to aid the protein in breaking down in the blood are useful and recommended as a result.
Some amino acid chains simulate the proteins required to renew and regrow the heart, pancreas, spleen, liver and kidneys. This is so in particular for soy beans (edamame). The high protein diet is to assure the health of the major organ groups through time. Generally, three months is required in order to cause enough protein to be absorbed to allow for a period of renewal of each major organ. This is the purpose of the autumn diet.
Protein powders and super foods can also be added to fruit smoothies if chosen for. Protein powders if used extensively tend to cause an immune reaction in the spleen. The immune reaction can trigger a spleen condition that does not allow it to renew as rapidly. Protein powders are best used intermittently (once to twice per week) as a result as another resource of protein for the autumn diet. Also, it is best to rotate the brand of protein powder consumed to avoid an immune response.

The winter is a time of colder weather that causes the body to desire to renew the intestines and kidneys along with the liver. The intestines require another sacred diet high in grains and specific vegetables and fruits to trigger its regrowth. The intestines need to be mulched in order to turn and revive both the lining and the exterior. The grains with certain soft vegetables and enough enzymes from certain fruits work synergistically to foster a revival of the digestive system in the winter time diet.
Tofu is the only protein suggested (not protein powder) for the winter diet. Tofu can be consumed in small amounts every other day to assure that the mindset remains straight. Mind bend can occur if there is not enough protein reaching the cortex through time. Tofu can be eaten with brown rice or vegetables but not other grains to offset fermentation. Fermentation creates gases that then do not allow the intestines to renew as readily.
The liver, kidneys and spleen also require carbohydrates to regrow their skin primarily. The high protein diet in the months prior fosters the regrowth of the interior of the organs. The grains then provide what is required to grow the exterior too for sustainable health. The mind also requires certain carbs to foster itself into happiness and joy. The bones require carbs to revive as well.

Pea and lentil proteins are useful to the growth of the cortex outer layers while tofu triggers the inner soft tissues to rebuild. The starches from peas and lentils are also very helpful to the mindset which utilizes the sugars to retain a state of joyful mindfulness. The bitter green salads are useful to retaining the health of the major organ groups including the kidneys, liver, spleen and pancreas along with the blood. If the blood is sick, it will regrow during the spring diet changes.

The summer diet begins with a two week fast on fresh juices as listed above. This triggers the liver to respond by producing more glycogen to begin the process of cellular regrowth. Then the other foods can be introduced beginning with a salad to break the fast. Fasting on pH positive ionized water can also occur for one week out of the two if the body requires this in any given year. A water fast purifies the mind of ill cortex fluid.
The summer diet is for cleansing of the blood also. As the blood cleanses, the mind syncopates into a motion of growth of the thought-stream of you into new and unique divine notions. The nuts and nuts butters feed the mind with useful oils and proteins that spawn new thoughts. The summer purification diet is also for forgiveness to be fostered over life occurrences as new thoughts emerge within that are divine.
Following Your Biological Needs
Each biological blueprint is unique unto its aptitude to heal and revive along with grow strong into light wave DNA. Each blueprint requires certain herbs or other substances to foster its renewal. The herbs that are sacred unto mindset development into divine notions shall be discussed in a separate article. The four-season diet is a prescription for health of the body, mind and spirit in light wave synergy. The right diet fosters synergy within the energy field and mind. Synergy of field fosters health of the body. Synergy of mind fosters right mindedness of a happy and joyful approach that is hopeful unto the life ahead.
Foods are a medicine all of their own when combined in manners that digest well both in the stomach along with the blood. Most does not think of diet as a blood based digestive act in this time period. Blood must be designed to break down proteins and other substances in order to foster health in light wave motion. Light motions through the blood. Blood that is healthy and aerated with enough enzymes will break down proteins or other nutrients into particles with application of light. The substances and nutrients then go to where they are required to retain the health of the cells.
Blood that is thick creates a meltdown of the red and white blood cells. They break apart as there is not enough aeration to motion the light around the blood cells instead. Light must motion around the blood cells in order to retain their health. Light that motions around the blood cells does not break down anything but the nutrients that are floating amongst them. Nutrients then digest easier and go to where they are required to foster healthy cells.
There are doctors learning an age-old practice of examining live blood. Live blood analysis may be available in your region. If so, you may desire to go witness your blood live and see what you need to do to foster its health ahead. There are many nutrients available today that can cause sick blood to grow into its health again. There are also many contaminants that need to be removed as your blood may have absorbed heavy metals, parasites, candida or other sickness due to the detoxification of the Earth at this time. Cleansing is vital to releasing such substances for healthy blood in light wave motion of field.
