Simple sugar in all forms including brown sugar, honey and agave are not sugars light wave cells rely upon and will create diabetic flux if consumed repeatedly. Simple sugars need to be removed from the diet to prevent diabetic flux. Grain based starches are also a problem for light wave blood sugar levels. Most starches form four simple sugars that light wave cells deject. Grain based carbohydrates need to be removed from the diet as a result. Some fruits foster useful forms of sugar for light wave mindset and others do not. Sprouted grains and legumes are highly nutritious and foster a balanced carbohydrate to protein ratio that sustains blood sugar levels for mind bend not. Sprouted quinoa is one grain that can be consumed and will not trigger diabetic flux in small portions. Sprouted beans are a good resource of protein and digestive enzymes helpful to the gut and blood. Garbanzo bean or lentil flour is useful to foster baked goods or pancakes due to proper protein to carbohydrate ratios. A ratio of 60% protein to 40% carbohydrate is best to consume to alleviate diabetic flux and mind bend symptoms. Raw Protein, Reds and Greens Formulas
Many astute formulas of reds, greens and protein powders have been developed by the nutritional foray of dream in this era. Raw protein and greens and reds powders are useful in mindset development. Raw protein powder will fill the protein requirements more astutely than fish in many cases through time. Raw reds and greens powders foster many hues or ray formations necessary to the cranial fluid to sustain mindset wave motion plus micronutrients necessary to the sustenance of the physical. Raw protein, reds and greens powders can be included in other liquids on days of fasting to increase the nutritional substances available to heal the body and mind.
If taken too frequently, the body may build an immune response to raw protein or greens powders. Reds powders often do not foster an immune response in our examination. If the body perceives substances as a threat, white blood cells may be fostered to consume the powders in the blood rather than allow them to feed the organs, glands and systems. It may be best to restrict the intake of raw protein and greens formulas to twice per week and no more as a result. Mind bend not is supported by highly nutritious substances consumed in the diet recurrently through time such as raw protein, reds and greens powders.
The body is the temple of the mind. The temple of the mind must be fostered in its sustenance to allow for the health of self. The health of self is a measurement in the levels of peace, unity, care, love, truth and divine understanding fostered within in a life of realization. The mind cannot develop divine understanding without fostering its temple. Mind bend is state that recognizes that one’s temple is unwell. Heal the temple and the mind will un-bend fostering another level of realization and into recurrent and harmonious state of mind bend not through time.
