Angel Archive #5: Light Motion Entrees

Entrees are joyous fostering of beautiful foods of vegetarian proportions to make the taste buds smack and allow you to feel filled with the love of spirit. Right minded cooking begins with the smorgasbord of food in your pantry. In the pantry is some of this or that and this herb or that and somehow as you whisk it all together it is beautiful to spirit. Spirit then flowers the pan or oven allowing the fragrances of the herbs to grow divine. In divine flowering, the food tastes stupendous and not something else off the grocery store shelf or from an unwell restaurant or fast food.

Light Infused Foods

Gifted chefs in light wave motion also flower their pans and kitchens. The food is popular as it is gourmet in its proportions of tastes. Good chefs are not difficult to find and you will know them by the flowers of light in their kitchen. Those chefs who do not flower in other restaurants are best to be avoided as it will only cause stomach ailments if your cuisine is not light infused in the coming times of big light. So, shop carefully for where you dine out and make sure that the light shines bright and you will always be delighted in the love of the spirits of the chef.

Grocery stores or health food markets are no different. Some shine bright to the max, others in a medium cast and others can be quite dim. The light in the food will be proportionate unto light in the store along with in abdomen. So, shop only in the brightest lit stores you can find and your health will be retained through time. Leave all others to other places as they are not you as a star seed. Star seed entrees should be prepared with the freshest light infused vegetables available. Shopping at farmers’ markets is grand too but pick the best light infused organic possibilities and leave the others to others too.

China, Glassware, and Stainless Steel Cookware

Cooking in light is an art all of its own. First, the kitchen and all utensils and cookware must align with light motion of field. Some kitchenware works with light and others abate light. This is also so for forks and plates and serving platters. Therefore, please take inventory of what you cook with that shines in light and what does not; and discard what does not purchasing simple instruments that light infuse to begin with.  Muscle test each item to purchase and stay away from what looks brilliant and really does not motion light and you will be better in your health in the long haul.

There is glassware and plates that are made from petrochemical substances but appear authentic. Many restaurants use glasses and plates or serving platters of this nature. They are now hitting the kitchenware system of humanity in great abundance of cheap but beautiful plates and serving platters that are absolutely damaging to the health as you motion light through your home. As you transfuse, you cannot help but motion light through everything. This also includes furnishings and carpet and wall hangings and floors and ceilings too. Some housing is purer than others in light wave motion.

The plastic glasses and plates that look real have a cement compound in them that is noxious to the mind. In a restaurant, you can probably defuse the gases as you transfuse the food upon your plate to purify it. So, remember to defuse what does not work and transfuse the food only and see if this helps your mind as you dine out with your favorite light infusing chef of the day preparing divine meals just for you. Real glasses and real plates are still readily available made of “china”. China is made from sand that is heated up and melted. Make sure your plates and serving platters are made of real china and all will be well. Real china is everywhere but you need to know the difference and not spend a fortune on something that is for the wedded pair instead.

You will know real glass plates by the weight. Heavy plates are a sign of real glass. What feels light but looks like glass is really a form of cement made into glass. This will be so for serving platters, bowls, and pitchers too. Glassware for the oven is always made of sand or it would melt otherwise. Silverware is generally good if it is of stainless steel. Pots and pans need to be of stainless steel devoid of the Teflon surfaces. Teflon surfaces are more than cancer producing in light. Also, there is a genre of silica bake wear surfacing now upon the market that’s detriment to your health. Avoid all that is not real in steel or glass and you will be better for it in your health ahead in light wave motion.

Aluminum pots are cheap and also equally distorting to the mind. Instead of using plastic wrap or aluminum in your storage in the fridge, please find glass bowls with rubber tops instead. The left overs will ferment less if stored in this manner.

Juicers and Toaster Ovens

There are juicers also to purchase and find the best model for the long haul. An expensive juicer that is slow action will produce more juice and save you loads in the organic veggie and fruit section anyway; and it will fail to break down over the course of six months or less.

Toaster ovens made of stainless steel are useful in cooking with light. Ovens also are made of substances that self clean. Generally, this is okay for the health as long as it doesn’t heat up to self-cleaning mode when you are home. As you self clean your oven, make sure to depart for the afternoon and aerate the home by opening the doors or windows as you return; as the gases are noxious to the liver otherwise.

Purified Water

There is also sick water in most places worldwide at this time unless you purify it with either reverse osmosis or ionization equipment. Some ionization equipment also pH neutralizes the water and adds minerals useful to the mind and blood. Purchase what is right and do not drink water outside of this. Sometimes in the thirst of you, you foster tea or iced tea or coffee from a Starbucks or other purveyors of the love of coffee of humanity. Some machines do filter the water for better taste and others do not. Starbucks does filter its water as the coffee is made or the tea is made in most cases. Muscle test if it is safe for you to drink from anywhere you purchase fluids outside of your own ionizing system.

There are portable purifying cantinas that ionize and pH neutralize the water available for very little. You can use this type of filter with water fresh out of the tap. Feel well enough about you to carry your portable water filter to the table of even the finest restaurant and run the water through it before drinking. The waitress may admire you for this too. Bottled waters are filled with plastics and should be avoided. Water in glass containers such as San Pellegrino may be a better choice than the water from the tap of the restaurant if thirsty. Mineral springs purify their water with sulfur in most regions of the world. The minerals are also useful to the mind.

Wine

(NOTE: Asur’Ana abstains from wines and all alcoholic drinks. This section is written at the Archangels’ request.)

Consuming wine is often better than water as you eat in or out as it does not dilute your digestive enzymes. Wine actually increases digestive capabilities as long as no other fluid is consumed during your meals. Some wine motions light and others do not. Muscle test for yourself what wine off the wine menu of any restaurant motions light and purchase only this. In the wine section of the grocery store, do the same and return with a fabulous drink that may not cost too much as even the low-cost wines do motion light.

Wine previewers fail to notice light in this time period and some vineyards naturally produce light when others do not. Humans often gift the brand an award as a result of its stupendous taste even in the inexpensive category of wine. Make sure not to purchase wines in boxes. Boxes ferment the wine and the plastic from the lining motions into the fluid and will make you ill in the long haul. Make sure all wine you purchase is in a glass bottle and all will be better with your mind through time.

Fresh and Real Preferred

Drinks off the candy store shelf of delight (even those organic and made of wonder foods) are noxious in light wave motion. Anything not fresh brewed is ill in light. This includes most fluids at this time, even those produced in glass storage containers. It is far better to seek out fresh squeezed juice. If you cannot find this, choosing for lemonade in glass bottles is better than most other offerings even if they sound good. Lemons are one of the few fruits that do not ferment through time when canned; this is also so for tomatoes. Fermented apple, peach or pear juice in wine bottles that sparkles is perhaps one of the only juices that works in light. The yeast preserves the juice not unlike champagne or wine. Bottled juices and refrigerated bottled juices ferment; and the fermentation leads to blood rot over time.

Boxed foods that mimic real foods are also a problem even in the organic section of the grocery store that is now expanding into a wonder world all of its own. The new mega grocery store of whole foods variety or something that parallels is loaded with unwell food in boxes and cans and jars in all cases. Purchase the real grains, the real legumes, the real vegetables and fruits and prepare your meals from scratch and you will be all the better.

The light wave chef does not rely upon pre-frozen concoctions ever. He or she knows that the delight of the taste buds comes from what is prepared fresh in all categories of cooking, including stocks and broth, fruits and vegetables, tofu and probably fish and meat too in this ill society that needs to consume flesh to die. It is an ill society with increasing consumptive behaviors to preserve the life when the body requires the opposite. Be not one of these and choose for something else ahead and you will renew, revive and thrive in the emerging years of extreme light ahead.

Light Wave Entrées

Each individual is different. We want to share how Asur’Ana incorporates the light wave diet in her life. Please feel free to experiment with your unique circumstances, body knowing/craving, and following inner guidance for your optimal health.

Asur’Ana usually cooks the entrée in the late afternoon or evening after a day on mostly liquid and some solid food. She would have her soymilk or almond milk in the morning. Throughout the day, she would have water, tea, coconut water and/or fresh juice. For lunch, she would have fresh fruit and nuts along with roasted sweet potato, or fresh fruit and nuts along with tortilla chips and salsa, or fresh fruit and nuts along with Terra chips, or fresh fruit and sprouted toast of almond or peanut butter, or fresh fruit and lentil soup, or a smoothie.

Then in the late afternoon or early evening (once a week) the cooking would begin. Each entrée lasts her 3 to 7 days. Usually a small salad would accompany each entrée. She would have one serving of brown rice, or quinoa, or polenta, or rice noodle, or edamame noodle, or bean thread noodle with each entrée serving. If there’s no protein such as tofu in the entrée, then she would add one serving of raw or roasted tofu. Depending on how she feels and her body’s appetite, sometimes she would skip the entrée, and have a large salad instead. She would usually do a liquid fast 2 days a week.

Sometimes Asur’Ana dined out and sometimes in her own home, but whatever it was Spirit took her to just the right circumstance to aid her health in all that she consumed. Spirit also shopped with her for each week’s worth of food resource that was needed for the health of her body, mind and spirit. Shop with spirit and dine with spirit and you will learn a new manner of existing that supports and sustains your health always in light wave motion. Please enjoy the following light wave entrée recipes.

Salads

Salads of all kinds are a light wave mind food always. Salads can accompany the above entrées for a feeling of fullness within yourself. Salads have some ingredients that serve the blood in light wave motion and others that do not. Salads of spinach, arugula or kale are best as the base to retain your mindset through time. Salads can be topped with fresh red peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, craisins, hazelnuts, pecans, cashews or walnuts, avocado, carrots, celery, asparagus, grapes, berries, kiwis, basil, rosemary, mint and olives as the best light wave motion prescription. There are other salad ingredients that are less useful and we will explain why.

Sprouts of any variety cause blood poisoning in extreme light. Blue cheese, goat cheese or other cheeses ferment in the blood until it rots. Raisins are poisonous to the abdomen in light when fresh grapes are not. Radishes or horseradish in large enough dosages will trigger liver failure (not including wasabi which cleanses the liver). Some organic mixed greens are really difficult for the gut over time as they produce a gas that kills the stomach. Mustard greens are poisonous in light and are to be avoided altogether. The ever-popular Caesar salad of romaine, cheese and croutons is really noxious to the gut if consumed too many times in any given month.

There are other toppings that are delightful in the legume realm. Garbanzo beans are a nice treat to the mind. Fresh peas with their casing intact are really helpful to the heart. Steamed broccoli florets are helpful to the liver (avoid fresh broccoli as it will eat holes in the stomach through time otherwise.) Cauliflower whether steamed or raw should be avoided as it is noxious to the blood. Cilantro can be a very difficult herb in light wave motion as it poisons the mind. Avoid what does not work and muscle test what you need on any given salad and see what is best for you in your light wave health ahead.

Salad dressing are another subject all their own. The pre-packaged dressings with a list of 100 petrochemicals is to be avoided always. Dressings made of milk, sour cream or rancid fats need to be avoided too. Rancid fats lead to cancer if they build up in the blood in enough quantity through time. Dressings of simple olive oil and wine vinegar are okay, but most desire something else. The best solution is to muscle test from the offering on the palette of any light wave chef. Sometimes there is something beautiful to be shared such as a glorious Italian vinaigrette. Find out what is fresh vs. pre-packaged at your favorite gourmet restaurant and choose what is best for the occasion of you.

Bottled dressings from the grocery store shelf are to be avoided mostly. Just like the juices or other drinks, the dressing ferments to a point of blood rot through time unless there is enough vinegar within the recipe. So, if you need to purchase something pre-made, then go for the vinaigrette and not anything else. This is also the same when dining out. Here are some suggested recipes for salad that supports light.

Spinach Avocado Salad

2 Cups Organic Spinach

1 Ripe Organic Avocado

¼ Cup Blueberries

¼ Cup Pecans

8 Organic Gourmet Cherry Tomatoes

Dressing:

½ Cup Soy Milk

½ Cup Avocado Oil or Olive Oil

1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard

1 Stalk Fresh Rosemary

1 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar

Place the spinach in a large mixing bowl. Slice the avocado beautifully on top. Sprinkle the blueberries and pecans gently. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and decorate the salad in the beauty of you. In a blender, add all the dressing ingredients and puree until thick. Pour some of the dressing on top of the salad and toss. If more dressing is required, add it and toss again; or store for another salad of grace in a future time of you ahead.

Arugula Salad

1 Bunch Arugula

12 Cherry Tomatoes

¼ Cup Raspberries

¼ Cup Walnuts

1 Small Red Pepper

Dressing:

½ Cup Olive Oil

½ Cup Soy Milk

2 Tablespoons Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar

1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce

Place the arugula in a large mixing bowl. Slice the cherry tomatoes and place on top. Add the raspberries and walnuts. Slice the red pepper into thin rounds and add to the bowl. Blend all dressing ingredients until it grows thick. Drizzle half and toss and taste if this is enough. If not, add more dressing and toss again.

Kale Peanut Salad

1 Bunch Curly Kale

12 Cherry Tomatoes

12 Baby Red, Yellow, or Orange Sweet Peppers

¼ Cup Organic Salted Peanuts

Dressing:

½ Cup Soy Milk

½ Cup Sesame Oil

½ Cup Organic Peanut Butter

¼ Cup Rice Vinegar

Cut the kale into 1-inch strips and place in a mixing bowl. Slice and add the tomatoes and red pepper. Sprinkle the peanuts on top. Blend the dressing and toss liberally. The rice vinegar will wilt the kale producing a lovely edible fresh and raw version of this nutritious food resource for you to enjoy. You can store this salad in a glass container for up to 2 days and it will be as fresh as when it was originally made.

Digesting Your Food

(NOTE: Asur’Ana is a vegan and does not recommend eating fish, however, the Archangels requested that she shares the following information.)

The body digests food with certain enzymes that are well known in the health food industry. Enzyme supplements are wise for high protein meals only as otherwise they can eat holes in the stomach in light wave motion. You may not require enzymes if you add a salad with any high protein meal including fish. Fish of shrimp, salmon or ahi (tuna) is what spirit recommends in times of growth spurts into new light wave DNA. We share with you only vegan recipes for our own cause as fish is not a vegetable, but is needed in times of growth of the body. Otherwise tofu is adequate to foster enough protein to stabilize the blood and mind.

Fish may be fresher when eaten out as the restaurants procure what tastes best. If in need of fish find a very light infused sushi restaurant and enjoy what you need when it is at its best. Fish that is stored more than 8 days begins to rot. Sushi is sometimes frozen as a result of needing to serve it raw. The freezing aids tuna and shrimp but not salmon in holding its protein chain. Make sure the salmon is very fresh and you will be better in what the body digests for its protein needs. If not, have shrimp instead.

Preserving the intestines is possibly one of the most important aspects of diet in light wave motion. In the history of the native people who light motioned heavily 200 years ago, those who continued to consume buffalo, elk, deer or small creatures of the land grew polyps in the intestines. The intestines ceased to move and burst. Those thriving upon lake bound fish did better by far. Some fish is useful to the mind and others not. Trout, catfish, tilapia, sole, shark, and sea bass, and many other fish are bad for the mind. The fats and oils produce a stigmatism in the synapses leading to increased mind bend if consumed too frequently.

As you increase your raw foods you will increase your ability to digest protein naturally. The enzymes increase in the blood too allowing proteins to break down to feed the cells easier. After any meal of protein and if you crave something sweet, have fresh or cooked fruit instead. Berries topped with coconut milk and a pinch of pumpkin pie spices may be a delightful conclusion to your meal. Baked pear slices in white wine and stevia topped with craisins also fill the need for a sweet smack of life on your tongue. Baked apples are also very nurturing to the stomach through time. Be mindful of what the body really needs and see what is best always as you prepare your food in the delight of the angels that hover near you as you cook.
