2 frozen ripe bananas

1/3 cup frozen strawberries (or blueberries)

2-3 heaping tablespoons cocoa powder

2 tablespoons almond butter

1.5-2 cups almond milk or soy milk

Optional: 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal

Optional: big handful of spinach

Optional: dash of stevia or agave nectar

 

Directions 

 

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
